Can-Do Fitness is no ordinary gym. It is a social sports club with the feeling of an association. Where in other gyms you often do not always greet each other, you will be missed here if you are not there. A good stick behind the door if you want to go a little less. The group trainings are accessible for everyone, but also challenging for everyone because you can determine your pace and intensity yourself. Because they are small groups, everyone also receives personal attention and you get to know each other well. Everyone works very hard for their own goals, but all together and that motivates. We are also always represented with a group at running events in the Amersfoort area. Very nice! Since we moved to the new location last year, the club also has a complete gym where you can find everything you need. You can start with an intro session in which you will be introduced to the gym and have a schedule drawn up. Then you can get started in a targeted way. With a maximum of four people per "open gym session" it is never too busy. Very nice sports! In addition, I also have weekly personal training to be able to put extra focus on my objectives. A weekly training session and a check-in moment every few weeks to reflect on progress and results. The training sessions are a combination of strength training and boxing, but you can indicate where you prefer. It is of course also dependent on your goals (getting / staying fit, losing weight, getting stronger, building muscle mass, etc.). The great thing about Ron is that he motivates you to explore your limits, but without feeling that you are being pushed too much. This way you achieve results, but they are also fun training sessions and you always go home with a satisfied feeling. I have been sporting here with pleasure for 3.5 years now. A must if you are looking for fun & results!

Nice motivating lessons. Both in groups and 1 in 1. Ron makes his lessons in such a way that it is and remains a challenge for everyone and at every level! Have seen many gyms and clubs, but this is a club where you want to stay!
Can-Do Fitness provides a perfect sport experience. With Ron's Personal Training you are challenged time and time again and you notice that you are physically fitter and stronger. In addition, Ron is enormously stimulating as a trainer and he has new and fun exercises every time.
Nice gym, good training sessions with nice enthusiastic fellow sportsmen. Sporting is fun and addictive this way! Recently started with PT trainings in addition to my regular trainings, these are also good and educational trainings. The Challenge that we occasionally do for 6 weeks together has a motivating and stimulating effect.
In my opinion, the bigger gyms can not compete with Can Do. Quality in lessons, material and not entirely unimportant hygiene. The guidance is top, committed and personal. Here you can practice with pleasure and respect for everyone's level and development. No-nonsense, with friendly and motivated people, and you are challenged by your instructor and / or buddy. Varied lessons from involved instructors and a regular outing outside the gym. I came from afar when in Dec. started. Now entering the gym is a kind of coming home, a development on personal level and sometimes I count down until I can again. Can Do! Whoop Whoop!

The training fits well with the individual level of the members! 24-7-2019 At Can-Do Fitness you can also opt for personal training. Really recommended. Together with Ron you put together a training goal that you will work on under the guidance of Ron. Whether it is about losing weight or improving fitness or working on your overall fitness, Ron helps you on your way and encourages you to achieve your goals. It really works for me !! Highly recommended for everyone!
Top fitness. All facets are covered from cardio to boxing to personal training. the lessons are varied and the range is very wide. Nice groups and nice instructors.
A gym that is not an "ordinary" gym but an "excellent" gym! Small-scale, personal, purposeful, effective, pleasant, motivating these are some of the words to characterize this gym. The lessons have not been the same once. Of course the muscle groups are amply addressed by repetition but the order and the way is and remains a challenge .. Before you get bored of the repetitions you are already in the to address other muscle groups. In short, you want to achieve your goals (losing weight, fitness, muscle building) at your own level, personally and or on a small scale in a group context.

Yeah! Motivating lessons, the trainers but also the other members motivate you to go the extra mile. Because of the recurring trainings you will compete against yourself, very nice and every time cross-border!

Can-do Fitness led by Ron is great! Very stimulating trainer, who takes time to explain postures and exercises well so that you are really doing well. Inside and outside possible. The punching bag training and the indoor boot camp are my favorites!

Always top-class training. Whether you are going now stalls, boat campen, cross train or boat urban campen, it never gets boring because there is a lot of variety. You are challenged each time to get the most out of yourself and everyone that sport at their own level. Top trainers, fun and varied workouts locations! Something for everyone.
A member since the beginning of this year, participate in the boot, fight camps, the core & cardio lessons and the outdoor boot camps. It is good to see how much variation there is ... it is also a plus that you have a fitness test a number of times a year ... then you can also see how you have grown in fitness and strength. Occasionally there is a challenge where you are challenged to enjoy sports, here again comes a price ... fun to do and works motivating for me :-) CanDo also participates in mud runs and other running competitions ... you can participate in this at any level, nothing is allowed. The trainers know how to stimulate everyone at their own level. Personally, I love running and fight camps, even though you can't box / kick boxing ... training is done here on technique and endurance ... after a few lessons you stand your ground ... if necessary ;-) The training sessions are organized in such a way that the exercises you do also see improvements in running. Great inspiring challenging sports like bootcamp, cross training, fight training camp and boxzak under the inspiring leadership of highly engaged sports instructors led by a highly experienced sports instructor who tracks has already earned!
