Fantastische ervaring: Small and nice gym. Because it is small, the atmosphere is personal and relaxed. First gym where I even enjoyed working out! Also had good guidance on healthy eating and exercise; with a great result! I recommend this gym to everyone!

Fantastische ervaring: Good gym. Not too large / busy, but with sufficient alternating material. Even when it is fairly busy, there is still plenty to do. Very nice. The employees are very open and approachable. They really know what they are talking about and, where necessary, provide the appropriate advice to, for example, perform an exercise better.

Fantastische ervaring: I have been a member of PHC since May 2012. A really nice gym, with excellent guidance. In the beginning I mainly did group lessons with a fitness schedule. Due to a ski injury it was temporarily not possible to participate in the group lessons. Together with Michiel I looked at what was possible and fitness was the solution. Now, a year later, the injury is almost recovered, and I can continue to build on the strength in my arms and shoulders. Still under the guidance of Michiel. It is nice to be guided in all areas, both sporting and in terms of eating habits. You can express your wishes and expectations and together you make a good schedule of this. The combination with the physiotherapist is also very pleasant, you will immediately get exercises that help to remedy your injury and make you stronger at a later time. A super service!
