Fantastische ervaring: I signed up for this gym last week to get started and I already think it's a great gym! You will receive a neat personal intake to get acquainted, then a personal appointment to put together your fitness program and after that you can check the entire program via an app and adjust it to your liking during training. Staff is great, equipment is great, definitely recommended and hope to be able to train here for a long time to come.

Fantastische ervaring: After a few heavy surgeries, I started fitness to get back in shape. I did not go without a hitch when looking for a suitable fitness center. Body strength in Wormer comes out as the best in the immediate vicinity. Compared to the facilities and service offered, a subscription with this center is relatively cheap. Lijfkracht is located on the attic floor of the monumental warehouse 'Batavia', one of the buildings in the historic 'industrial wall' from the late nineteenth century along the Zaan in Wormer. The center is also accessible by lift and therefore accessible for people who are less mobile. In addition, on the ground floor there is grand cafe 'De Bataaf' where you can enjoy an excellent lunch and dinner, with a cozy terrace on the Zaan. Lijfkracht Wormer is primarily an open and cozy center, with music with sporty beats in the background. It has a cozy bar and sitting area to enjoy coffee, tea or a fresh and healthy power smoothy. The changing rooms have lockers, toilet and shower. A solarium can also be used. In short, anyone who does not need massive, impersonal or obscure fitness and sports facilities should definitely take a look at Lijfkracht in Wormer. Very refreshing ...
