Fantastische ervaring: I started to workout for the first time in my life at Next Level AMS with Hubert. The professionalism and dedication are beyond expectations I am quite addicted to the workouts now. The change is quite palpable in my daily life with more energy to complete household chores outside of office and I no longer complain about backaches after the long office hours. My workouts were flexibility adjusted to make it more interesting like the addition of boxing. I was also guided well on my diet, The owner Tal has been really helpful and supportive right from the induction to all the way through. I love the overall feel of the gym, it’s clean, airy and bright. It feels exclusive to work out here. An addiction worth having and that has no side effects.

Thanks to the incredible trainers, especially Harun, I've learned how vital nuances like proper breathing, posture, and targeting specific muscle groups can be. Harun's motivation and guidance have been nothing short of amazing! The atmosphere at Next Level AMS is fantastic. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the gym itself offers plenty of personal space—no waiting in line for equipment here! Speaking of which, the state-of-the-art equipment is top-notch, making every workout effective and enjoyable. I can't help but wish I'd joined this gym 25 years ago! Fantastische ervaring: I always hated the idea of going to the gym and wasted so much money over the years with subscriptions I never used. But this place is so different! The PTs here really pay attention to your needs, give personalised advice and the staff is also extremely helpful, supportive and responsive. All in all is a very customer oriented gym with a great atmosphere. I very much love coming here and can’t recommend it enough!

Fantastische ervaring: This studio is the perfect place to stay fit, especially for those who prefer to avoid big chain gyms. It is very clean, well-equipped, small but cozy. Group training sessions are at the core of their concept. You train in a small group of up to 5 people, guided by a team of professional trainers. Everyone on the team is great, but I want to give a special shout out to Hubert - an experienced, caring, and passionate trainer. You'll never get bored, stay motivated, and can literally see yourself getting stronger! They also have Pilates reformer classes which is a huge benefit. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Fantastische ervaring: I train in NextLevel now 7 months 2 times a week. It has an amazing experience. The training studio feels private and exercising is really tuned up for one's needs. My trainer Irina is amazing- she is not only a great trainer but also teaches healthy lifestyle. I treasure our sessions, they are always challenging but also adjusted to my needs, which feels truly motivating. I go there with ease and see a tangible difference both in my body and life.

I was for a long time wanting to make a change in my life and start training. Long story short, I decided to start and found Next Level. From the first day I felt I found the right place. People is amazing, they are customer oriented, flexible and most important, there are very good trainers and have a lot of experience. They care about what is right for each person and in my case, adapted to my age and my knee injury. I have mainly train with Hubert. He’s training style rocks and he guided me to become a better version of myself. Next level has been an awesome experience to me!!

Fantastische ervaring: I have been training at Next level AMS for the past three months now. I always had a good feeling about joining this. I did not have any prior workout experience so in the intake itself, Tal and I discussed about my goals. Tal listened very patiently and gave suggestions. I train 3 times per week currently and their reservation agent gives their best to find the time slot which is best suitable for you. I always prefer training with a personal Trainer. I must say they have very good professional trainers. Since I am very particular about whom I train with, I am very Happy to train with Jamie, who is one of the best trainers. I could see visible results. Jamie motivates me and guides me and fun to be around so your sessions are never boring. Tal provides me all the information about nutrition and what I can avoid or replace with something else to achieve my goal!! Overall very nice and positive experience and would 100 percent recommend to my friends

Trainers are well trained, professional and polite .All in all this is what one would want if you really want to lose some serious weight. I joined to shed my pregnancy weight , so far lost 10kgs in 4 months.

Fantastische ervaring: Door twee blessures was ik geneigd om beter voor mij lichaam te zorgen en door de juiste training een sterker lichaam te krijgen. Fan van de sportschool was ik helemaal niet, maar ik ben sinds 1,5 maand 1 op 1 aan het trainen en ik zie al verschil zowel lichamelijk als mentaal. Ik heb twee trainers die elkaar afwisselen; met hen heb ik ook een klik wat ik zelf erg belangrijk vind. Zij motiveren mij op een goede en effectieve manier. Hoewel op dit moment de sportscholen dicht zijn kan ik samen met hen, middels de materialen die de trainers hebben meegenomen, thuis mijn trainingen voortzetten. Keep up the good work guys!

Tal and the team are super professional, they know how to tailor the best personal program to get you engaged while making sure you continue to push your limits and improve. Fantastische ervaring: Due to two injuries I was inclined to take better care of my body and get a stronger body through the right training. I was not a fan of the gym at all, but I have been training 1 on 1 since 1.5 months and I already see a difference both physically and mentally. I have two trainers who alternate; I also click with them, which I find very important. They motivate me in a good and effective way. Although the gyms are currently closed, I can continue my workouts at home with the materials that the trainers have brought. Keep up the good work guys!

Fantastische ervaring: I’ve been going for Personal Training sessions at Next level Ams for 9 weeks and I now look forward to it every week! I have a chronic shoulder ache and bad knees despite which, Jalen (my trainer) didn’t let me lose hope and trains with me every week paying extra care to those weak joints and I can feel myself feel better with every passing week ! Can’t recommend him enough ! The place is managed professionally and very clean and Tal who owns the place keeps the energy and spirits high always . Chamoetal reminds me to sign up for my next class and checks in on how I feel after every session . :) I’m glad I signed up and hope to continue .

Intake was nice and personal, and the weekly PT sessions are really working for me (i.e. seeing significant results already). Fantastische ervaring: I really appreciated all the trainers in Next Level. They are so kind to listen what you want for your body building, and make the detailed plan to help you hit the target. I really enjoyed these 40 days personal training with Tal, Adriano,Alcides....They all very patient and careful about each workout and nutrition to meet my target. These 40 days, I got not only firm body, but also happiness and confidence.

Fantastische ervaring: I joined Next Level a year ago. Hesitant as my experience with Personal Training wasn’t good. Tal assured me he could make me change my mind. And he did! Not only I was free to chose my own Personal Trainer - Jalen Zheng - who really understands my needs, I also have a lot of fun with the staff. Tal and his team are great people working out with and have fun in the same time. The diversity in the gym is also an aspect I really like. From Dutchies to Argentinians, from Chinese to South Africans. As said Tal did change my mind! Thanks to himself and Jalen I love working out now, I even started running. Still can’t believe it! Fantastische ervaring: I have a membership in this gym for 12 months already. This is a great place to workout in. Very professional trainers and the studio lessons are fun and very effective. I also took the nutrition plan and managed to lose weight and reach my targets within 3 months only. Tal the owner is always available and very helpful.

Fantastische ervaring: Had to prepare for an important and demanding physical screening test. They made me a fully personalized program. Challenging but highly motivating. Including dietary advice. They use state of the art devices and technology to measure every step of the way. In 2,5 months I lost 7kg (!), gained strength and became fitter then ever. Last week I past te screening test.
