Fantastische ervaring: Today Shiva Yoga Centre offered a half day Spring Equinox workshop including: Yoga, Breath work and Sound. If you are looking for an experience like this I can say it was skillfully created and delivered.
Fantastische ervaring: Best yoga studio in Amstelveen! I have over 25 years of yoga experience and visited numerous studio's and teachers. Shiva Yoga Center has become my all-time favorite. I attend classes by Jelena, Pushpa and Tanya and they are all highly qualified teachers. The yoga center has a warm, laidback and non-competitive atmosphere. I highly recommend!

Fantastische ervaring: I have been coming here for the past 6-ish months. The classes are really well conducted especially the ones by Jelena and Pushpa. However, there is a wide variety of classes available and there is something for everyone here. The teachers are experienced and provide great foundational understanding of Yoga, as well as variations to cater to different levels of learners. Definitely recommend this studio.

Negatieve ervaring: Slechte en onprofessionele docent. Bij de intake aangegeven dat ik niet soepel en lenig ben. De docent gaf vervolgens 80 procent van de les , rek en strek oefeningen. Waardoor ik een blessure heb opgelopen waar ik nu al een paar weken last van heb , en hierdoor nu niet kan sporten. Grote teleurstelling

Fantastische ervaring: Really nice studio with an authentic ambience without trying too hard. Have been for a few meditation and hatha/vinyasa sessions, they have some good teachers.
