Fantastische ervaring: Beautiful, centrally located fitness club in the village. Wide range of fitness equipment and friendly and knowledgeable staff. Also possibility for group and private lessons. Within walking distance of Voorhout train station and opposite Albert Heijn.

Positieve ervaring: Great gym, nice equipment, wide range, space looks neat and orderly. At the moment not much is being done in group lessons, I think it's a shame. But if you ask, they are open to explain something for you. Atmosphere has become a bit impersonal since staff changes.

Fantastische ervaring: Just spent over 50 minutes doing various stretching exercises led by namesake and instructor Nick. Nick guides you through the exercises with enthusiasm and professionalism, regardless of where the complaints come from. I have experienced this as very pleasant and recommend it to anyone who is intensively involved in physical education.

Fantastische ervaring: Great gym where hard work is also done during the corona time for the people who come to exercise. This morning outside again enjoyed an hour of fitness and a bbb lesson.

Positieve ervaring: Cozy school where everyone can go. Nice group lessons. You train at your own level, without immediately feeling that people are paying attention to you. A stimulating environment, coaches know how to call you by name and help you where necessary. No threshold if you - just like me - start and are overweight / unfit. Also important: it is affordable! I am happy to be switched from Happy Bodies Sassenheim (59.95! Per month) to O3, which is almost 20 euros cheaper per month. I had gone to HB because I expected to receive slightly better service / guidance for that money. That was very disappointing. Do not be fooled into concluding a contract for 2 years, these are nice talks at the table the first time where you get enthusiastic and sign (too) quickly. But you are stuck with it. No leniency arrangement. As in my case, I now pay for 'nothing' for months. Of course it is my own responsibility, after all I signed myself. But I think the price-quality ratio is a lot more realistic at O3. But one has its own experiences and opinions. It is best to try it out yourself and then draw!
