Fantastische ervaring: THE Gym where you should be, it is not big and outside peak hours it is relatively quiet, and you can train everything fine. Arnold is someone who likes to take the time for you and have a chat with you. He also always addresses everyone by their first name, and is committed to your achievements and progress, and lends you a hand when needed.
