TrainMore Amsterdam de Pijp is een gezellige sportschool met een ontspannen sfeer en een vriendelijke ontvangst. Het biedt een goede variëteit aan moderne fitnessapparatuur en heeft veel positieve recensies van leden die de sfeer en het aanbod van de gym waarderen. Hier zijn enkele sterke punten van de sportschool:

Fantastische ervaring: Geweldige sportschool. Met name door de medewerkers Rowan en davey heerst hier een leuke sfeer. Daarom kom ik hier dan ook heel graag.
Negatieve ervaring: The staff is nice, but the equipment is not well maintained. The sauna is broken now for almost two months straight!
Fantastische ervaring: The staff and gym are excellent. They have everything you need. Visiting the area for a few days and couldn’t recommend this gym more for tourists or even locals. Michael helped me out checking in and he was great. Make sure to stop in and check it out if you’re in or near De Pijp!

Fantastische ervaring: Great gym!! Big and plenty of amenities!
Negatieve ervaring: Net weer een verhoging van het abonnement dus ga opzeggen het is er altijd stoffig zowel personeel als gasten denken dat het een soort flexibele werkplek is waar ze hardop kunnen telefoneren en belangrijk aan het doen zijn. Apoeratuur vaak stuk sauna doet het vaker niet dan wel en dan ook nog incheck met een soort corona app. Een dikke min 10 was vroeger echt beter en voor wat het nu kost kun je beter naar sportcity

Fantastische ervaring: Great local gym. Visited a couple of times during my visit. Lots of equipment - loads of machines, free weights, etc. Good atmosphere and not too busy. Special thanks to Mike who was very friendly and helpful!

Negatieve ervaring: Deze is echt achteruit gegaan want dit was een fijne gym. Personeel is niet onvriendelijk maar is echt met alles bezig behalve werk (zelf trainen, telefoon, Back waardoor de hele tent naar eten ruikt, etc). Duurt lang voordat apparaten worden gerepareerd. Kleedkamers stinken en sauna is vies. En dan een app die echt beroerd werkt. Waarom moet ik als ik betalend lid ben ook verplicht een app gebruiken die m’n data trackt? Voeg dan tenminste een widget toe zodat je niet de hele tijd de app hoeft te starten. Jammerrrr

Fantastische ervaring: TrainMore is an elite gym! Great atmosphere and the gym is in great condition, clean and great facilities for whatever workout you’re doing. There a sauna also and lockers. Anna took great care of us, sorting out a 3 day pass as we are travelling through! Thanks Team!

Negatieve ervaring: This is a decent gym that has shown great improvements over the years. However, it was still closed 40 minutes after its scheduled 7 AM opening today, leaving several members waiting outside. This is a major inconvenience for those who rely on the posted schedule.

Negatieve ervaring: worse gym ever, when i came inside i said that this isn’t my original gym, no one informed me that they dont have a plug in a dressing room it’s insane, there is no sign or anything, of course i was my hair like i always do after gym and sauna, and now i have to leave with wet hair on the outside, please you see this place run they will robb you for 80 bucks a month and dont even supply with a plug ( i have my own hairdryer) shame on this gym basic fit would not done this to you

Fantastische ervaring: Amazing gym! The equipment is nice and they have a great variety of workout equipment to fit anyone goals and needs. From 5 full squat racks w deadlift platforms, cables, machines, and dumbbell area. The lighting is also super aesthetic, the gym itself is dark but they provide many harsh lighting spots where you can look super aesthetic. And the staff was super nice and everyone. Will come back here next time im In town

Negatieve ervaring: Last year I was diagnosed with cancer. Because I had to undergo the full treatment, including surgery, radiation, and chemotherapy, I do not feel fit enough to train at their gyms at the moment. I tried to contact the company, but they made it extremely difficult to get in touch. My account was on freeze, but a few weeks ago they started charging me again (while I was still undergoing chemotherapy). I don’t think this is acceptable in a situation like mine. They were informed about my illness, and I even sent them official medical documents. Unfortunately, it seems that this was not enough, and money is more important to them than people's health. Think twice before you sign up.

Fantastische ervaring: Excellent Gym - best I’ve been to in Amsterdam. Michael and his team are welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere is good and the gym is fit for all users at all experience levels. They’ve got loads of equipment, plenty of benches and weights etc. I’d recommend this gym to anyone and don’t think you’ll find better anywhere nearby! Fantastische ervaring: I am visiting Amsterdam from the United States, and I decided to try out TrainMore De Pijp because the facilities looked better than a lot of the smaller gyms in the area. I was blown away by the size of the space and the availability of modern equipment. Cannot recommend this gym more if you’re looking for a workout.

Negatieve ervaring: Pluspunten: Goede apparaten van technogym Vriendelijk personeel Geen poespas zoals groepslessen etc. Een gym voor fitness en cardio, als dat is waar je naar opzoek bent. Fijne sfeer. Minpunten: Op piekuren erg vol waardoor je moet wachten totdat een apparaat vrij is. Kleedruimte is onhandig ingedeeld waardoor het snel ‘vol’ is als je je moet omkleden. Binnen contracttijd kan je abonnementsprijs gewoon met bijna 5 euro omhoog gaan. Blijkt in de voorwaarden te staan. Kantoor is heel slecht bereikbaar. Alles gaat via de app/website. Soms krijg je helemaal geen antwoord.

Negatieve ervaring: Avoid this gym absolutely scam and there are hidden fees and no customer service available. Throw you hidden payment if you want cancel earlier. I really wouldn't recommend train more. Take this really serious!
Fantastische ervaring: In Amsterdam once in a while and love coming by here for a solid workout. Up to 50 kg (110 lbs) dumbbells! Also the place is huge inside with Olympic lifting area and also tons of TechnoGym equipment.

Fantastische ervaring: Goed geholpen door Esmee, oplettende host!
Negatieve ervaring: Prima gym, zeker na de recente renovatie. Maar die verplichte app… wat een achteruitgang, een opgeladen telefoon, app en 4g nodig om naar binnen EN buiten te gaan. Waarbij je eerst sleutels uit het fietsje, op het poortje en lekker kon sporten. Moet je nu: tas openen, telefoon pakken, appjes wegklikken, wifi uit, app zoeken en op de scanner houden. De voordelen zie ik tot dusver niet
Hi Lorenzo, bedankt voor je feedback, we begrijpen dat de overstap naar de app voor sommige leden even wennen is. Het klopt dat het inchecken via de app wat meer handelingen vraagt dan de oude tag, en dat kan in het begin als minder handig worden ervaren.
De keuze voor de app is gemaakt om meer functies en flexibiliteit te bieden, zoals het makkelijk reserveren van lessen, inzicht in je abonnement en communicatie vanuit de club. We nemen je punt over het gebruiksgemak serieus en blijven werken aan verbeteringen.

Negatieve ervaring: Helaas is de kwaliteit de laatste tijd sterk achteruitgegaan. Er zijn meerdere structurele problemen waar niets aan gedaan lijkt te worden. Allereerst zijn er regelmatig toestellen kapot en deze worden vaak niet of pas na lange tijd gerepareerd. Daarnaast ruikt het in de sportruimte vaak onaangenaam naar wc-geur, wat erg storend is tijdens het sporten. Ook werken de douches en de sauna vaak niet meer. Verder is er geen föhn aanwezig. Wat ook opvalt is dat er niet genoeg apparaten zijn voor het aantal leden, wat regelmatig leidt tot lange wachttijden. Tot overmaat van ramp komen er zelfs vliegjes en mieren uit het plafond. Hoewel het personeel vriendelijk is en hun best doet, lijkt de eigenaar geen actie te ondernemen om deze problemen aan te pakken. Dat is erg jammer, want een sportschool hoort een plek te zijn waar je werkt aan je gezondheid in een schone en goed onderhouden omgeving. Ik hoop dat de eigenaar deze signalen serieus neemt en snel verbeteringen doorvoert.
Hi Kin, dank voor je uitgebreide feedback. Het spijt ons te horen dat jouw ervaring bij onze gym de laatste tijd tegenvalt. We begrijpen hoe vervelend het is wanneer apparatuur kapot is of pas laat wordt gerepareerd, en dat onaangename geuren en hygiëneproblemen het sporten verstoren. Ook het tekort aan apparaten en de overlast van insecten zijn natuurlijk niet acceptabel.
We willen je laten weten dat we deze punten serieus nemen en dit doorgeven aan het managementteam. Zij zijn continu bezig met onderhoud en verbeteringen, maar we snappen dat dit sneller en effectiever moet gebeuren. Wat de douches, sauna en het ontbreken van een föhn betreft, nemen we dit ook mee in onze evaluatie.
We waarderen je compliment over ons personeel, dat altijd haar best doet om een fijne sfeer te creëren. We hopen dat je ons de kans geeft om de situatie te verbeteren en dat je volgende bezoeken weer aan je verwachtingen voldoen.
