Fit For Free Sportschool Amsterdam RAI

It was nice to be able to exercise again. Sunday morning, not too busy, so keeping your distance is no problem. Ventilation was clearly on maximum, feels safe. On departure, in my opinion, a little too busy in certain corners, so that is fine to avoid.

I have enjoyed training here for some time now. Nice staff, great equipment and it's just around the corner.

Having been recently completely renovated, the Fit For Free at Rai is the best ! A huge range of machines, all very new, make for a great work out experience. I use both the cardio and free weights section regularly and never have difficulty with availability of machines or their "state". To be fair, I do train at 6am but that's another bonus - they actually open at 6am !! The staff are always welcoming and friendly even at that early hour so am not sure who the other reviews are referring to :)

Was er altijd schoon vriendelijke personeel. En kan lekker sporten daar.

I don’t understand the reason for negative reviews, Im working out at this location for almost 5 years now, and it always has been perfect, ventilation, services and equipment, facilities, group lessons, cleanness, and friendly staff.

Come here regularly .. friendly staff .. Spacious gym .. clean .. shame there is no sauna .. always nice after exercise

Wonderful staff and great equipment

What a proletensportschool this is! Staff / other members are largely simple souls. But yes I come here to train and not for side issues. For the price you pay you can live with the people who come / work there. There is also a wide selection of equipment and in the evening it is nice and quiet.

Personally shocked by the low grade. I just played sport myself and thought it was great to participate in lessons! I also asked someone for something I could do the best for. She would be happy to help me and showed me exercises I could do best! gym!) I will definitely register you for this fit for free!

A good gym, friendly staff and air-conditioned. With the help of the fitness instructor I can certainly achieve my goal here.

I had doubts about fit for free but thought I would try it and I really like good gym for a good price !!
