I feel seen and taken seriously and that is so motivating! I follow the grit lessons with the varying instructors and I am challenged by them to give just a little more or to last longer. And what nice people do sports! Everyone goes there for themselves, but together it is also fun, even at 1.5 meters. It is a nice feeling to exercise together.
