Fantastische ervaring: I visited Leiden for a week and as a serious lifter, had to find a proper gym. The whole experience was fantastic at Fit For Free! The manager was very accommodating, the staff was warm and excited about fitness, and the gym members were friendly (and ready to provide a spot when needed). On the first floor there's a powerlifting area, a standard weightlifting area, and a cardio area. On the second floor there was a strength machine area, a callisthenic area, and more cardio equipment. If I ever find myself back in Leiden, you can be sure I'll be stopping by to visit my home away from home!

Fantastische ervaring: I really enjoy this gym. The front desk staff are very sweet and helpful. Machine and equipment are fine and good- especially for the very decent cost. I also enjoy the group fitness classes- especially Body Pump. If we are rating on value- it’s a 5 star from me.

Fantastische ervaring: Excellent customer service from Danny Koukouh.he are from the UK. He was competing to greet us in the most professional but friendly manner. We went in with our twelve months old grandson, Ethan. We had a fantastic reception, we're given a'WOW 'moment when asked a few enquires. Danny used our names, knew customer is priority, he served us smarter not quicker, Danny was caring and competent, he made it personal and we had a fond farewell, too at the end. We shall always recommend Danny, his service and the GROENOORD fit for free gym to all. God bless Danny. We are senior citizens ie 68 and 74 years old.

Fantastische ervaring: Great inexpensive gym, has everything. Also they make it simple to quit membership as well, which is unheard of for a health club. (I did so because I was spending several hours a day walking my dog, not because the gym had gone down in quality.)
