February 1, I started my weight loss plan with Lya's coaching. In June my goal was more than achieved and I had lost almost 30 kilos. During the second corona lockdown, 5 corona silos again. Lya then introduced me to nutrition coach. I downloaded the app and put together a program in this app together with Lya. We opted for 2 coach nutrition products per day and also meals that I could choose in the app. In ten days, the 5 kilos were off (and that without feeling hungry!). The coach nutrition shakes are delicious (especially the cherry flavor) and the app offers a wide choice of tasty meals. I am not very good at cooking, but the app explains step by step how to prepare the meal. Now that my goal has been reached, I will continue with the app. I find it easy to inspire what I want to eat that day. In addition, I use a daily breakfast shake or the oatmeal from coach nutrition. Besides that it is nice, I also find it easy and I start my day with a full feeling and energy!
