Fantastische ervaring: I have been a member of this fantastic community (Fit focus) for a month. First of all --- gathering all the attractions under one roof (gym, sauna, swimming pool) is a hit. Secondly, daily presence, always available coach +10. Thirdly, a variety of short activities (crunches, spinning, fitfun). Not to mention the few rooms upstairs where there are "secret" things :)

Fantastische ervaring: I recently became a member of Fit Focus. This gym offers a wide range of activities and a nice wellness area with 2 saunas. My interest was mainly in yoga classes, which they have in the roster daily. Yoga room is cozy and relaxed. The fitness room offers a wide range of equipment, balls, boxing stores and much more.

Fantastische ervaring: This has been my regular fitness location for over 16 years, especially for the spinning lessons. Over the years, these lessons have become much more "interactive" via, among other things, the apps from Keiser and Spivi and a large screen on which you are visible (via an avatar). But the very best remain the instructors who know how to give the lesson in such a way that everyone can find their own challenge in this.
