Fantastische ervaring: High quality facilities and excellent service. In LA Base they have an extraordinary icecoffee and even our dog was treated to a nice bowl of water and a dog biscuit.

Fantastische ervaring: Nice gym with nice pool. Staff is very friendly and for problems we always look for a good solution. Unlike other gyms, I've never had issues here with, for example, pausing the subscription.

Fantastische ervaring: Very nice gym. There is plenty of good equipment and many group lessons and activities such as crossfit, boxing, padel, tennis, etc. Ideal that you can relax after exercise in the swimming pool, bubble bath, steam room or sauna. The affiliated cafe has delicious smoothies, coffee, food and a large seating area. Amstelhof makes me want to exercise again and again.

Fantastische ervaring: Dear aspiring athlete, if you are in doubt about a membership at this gym, I hope the following will help you: The material: The gym contains an extensive range of sports equipment. In my view, you can literally achieve your training goals for almost every sport. Personnel: Very accessible and friendly. Been training at Amstelhof for a while now and the courtesy always starts from the reception. Always a good day / or a welcome home from the desk clerk. In the gym there are several instructors who you will almost always see working with a visitor. Personally I have my own schedules that I stick to, but based on conversations/questions with the instructors I have the idea that they are skilled professionals who are always ready for you in a friendly way. There is also a physio in the gym. The hygiene: Gym always looks picobello. The changing rooms (gentlemen Iig ) always smell fresh upon arrival. In the gym, wipes are changed on the assembly line to keep equipment clean after use. The visitor: What strikes me is that the visitors to Amstelhof vary. You can think of people over 65 (usually in the morning). Also middle-aged and young people. (The latter group is the smallest group in my opinion between 0800 and 1600). As a visitor I also look at atmosphere and I think that is really good. People are relaxed, occasionally someone makes a chat, you feel welcome.. Canteen/ bar: Always cosy. During nice weather you can sit outside on the terrace area. From the inside of the canteen you have a direct view of the swimming pool through windows (nice for parents who want to watch their child when he or she goes for the swimming diploma). Opening hours: Open from early to late on weekdays. Open a little later on weekends and close a little earlier. If there are changes in the opening hours, you will receive an email. Communication: Amstelhof uses an app from the playstore. Handy to use when registering for certain group lessons. If classes are canceled due to illness/dropout, you will also receive an email. Advice: If you are in doubt about registering, it is useful to think about the following: I would consider your motivation to exercise. Why do I want to exercise? What goal(s) do I have in mind? Is this a short or long term purchase/commitment and what about my determination when it comes to my own health. As far as I know, Amstelhof works with contracts/subscriptions for which you also pay well as a customer. In my view logical (and still affordable considering the inflation numbers) if you look at the concentration of knowledge, equipment and possibilities to train and relax the body/mind as a visitor (I forgot to mention that a swimming pool, sauna and steam bath are also are options). If the (life) choice has really been made to walk around in a healthy body for the rest of your life and you live nearby, Amstelhof is a beautiful and above all complete facility. However, as long as you doubt your own will and you are someone who makes impulse purchases, then I would register with the basic fit.. is financially smarter to do and then other priorities such as the pub or febo can receive more attention. Fantastische ervaring: A very good accompaniment. Friendly staff and if so clean

Fantastische ervaring: Started with a 10-week program to get fit again, and now an annual subscription. Well-equipped gym, fitness, strength sports, crossfit, tennis courts, golf course, swimming pool, sauna, steam bath and recently also padel. They also offer boot camps, trail and running classes (but those three aren't for me yet). The staff is very nice, helpful and knowledgeable.

Fantastische ervaring: You can enjoy sports here! Lots of choice, real and good guidance, swimming, sauna, steam bath, good food, good coffee, many different classes at all times and everything included (except that coffee and that food). I'm super glad I made the switch.

Fantastische ervaring: It was nice that Amstelhof is open after lockdown, they have the "new equipment" in the fitness room and spinning room is back in use as usual / before. Good (professional) instructors, amstelhof fitness app where you can also keep track of your nutrition plan and link it to a (google) wearable. Today a mirror was also mounted in the "omnia" part, it was still missing. A sports club that is indeed continuously "on the move". In the meantime (April 2022) the padel court is also ready and you can book a padel court via the reception or online via the app. Nice club, pleasant and friendly staff. In short, recommended!

Fantastische ervaring: I think the Amstelhof is a very nice sports club. Many opportunities for sports. Friendly staff. Good guidance during group lessons. Nice atmosphere in the club. I look forward to going there every time. The Grand Café La Base is also a good place to relax with tasty lunch dishes. When the weather is nice, there is a nice outdoor terrace with comfortable lounge sofas and a playground for the children.

Fantastische ervaring: We walked in new. Someone was immediately available to explain the various options. This went smoothly and we registered immediately. Appointments were immediately scheduled with a personal coach, making the conversations very meaningful with a good explanation about the fitness equipment. The group lessons are also very good. Knowledgeable and nice teachers. The app to make reservations works very easily. There is a very nice atmosphere, which means that we use all facilities very regularly.

Fantastische ervaring: Amstelhof exudes luxury and homeliness in one, with professional and passionate instructors/trainers! The trainers are all trained with the Les Mills program, whereby a good structure has been built up in the lessons to allow all athletes to exercise at a higher level, so that their own goals are achieved and improved. In addition, after a workout you can relax in the La Base for a cup of tea/coffee or lunch on the terrace, or in the sauna/steam bath. Also ideal for exercising before you have to go to work, because you can just shower there and hop to your next appointment, without having to go home first. It has many advantages to sport here, and it is there for young and old. You can even do sports without having to arrange a babysitter for your child, because even that is arranged! Very nice, well-educated people with the heart in the right place.

Positieve ervaring: Amstelhof is een hele leuke sportschool. Je hebt er eigenlijk alles onder 1 dak. Ik sport er nu al 2 jaar en ben over het algemeen tevreden Een maand geleden heb ik n.a.v. gesprek met Floor afspraak gepland met instructrice Debbie voor een 1 uur consult. Ze zou ervaring hebben met vrouwen die hun zwangerschapskilo’s kwijt willen. Eenmaal een maand later aangekomen op de afspraak heb ik de receptioniste verteld dat ik er ben en bij t café zit samen met mijn kleine. De receptioniste zei dat het goed was en dat Debbie vanzelf zou komen als het de tijd van de afspraak was. 10 min gingen voorbij… kwartier ging voorbij.. een half uur ging voorbij. Debbie was nergens te bekennen. Ik ben toen opgestaan en naar een ander collega gelopen en verteld dat ik al een half uur wacht, maar er geen spoor van Debbie is. Die gaf aan “oh, maar Debbie is een Instructrice (ze zag aan me kleding dat ik niet kwam sporten, maar enkel praten.) Dat was een stukje miscommunicatie wat ik totaal niet erg vind. Deze beste collega ging de zaal op om Debbie het uit te leggen, maar mevrouw zegt doodleuk.. “zeg maar tegen haar dat ze een nieuwe afspraak moet inplannen want ik wacht nu ook al een half uur op haar”. Pardon?! Ik heb een uur geboekt, dus je zou nog een half uur met mij hebben. Het feit dat ze niet eens de moeite neemt om naar me toe te komen en me in de ogen aan te kijken en te horen in het kort (voedingschema/ oefenschema) vind ik echt geen stijl hebben. De andere collega’s hebben mij wel aangeboden of ik bij iemand anders een afspraak wil maken, maar dat hoeft voor mij niet meer. De receptioniste vond het ook erg vervelend hoe het is gegaan en gaf aan dat Debbie het heel druk heeft waarschijnlijk. Ik wist niet wat ik hoorde. Druk? Ik heb een uur met haar gepland. Ze heeft nog een half uur met mij. Iedereen heeft het druk. Ik heb een dag vrij van werk genomen om haar te kunnen zien en een maand moeten wachten. Waar gaat dit over?! Miscommunicatie kan overal gebeuren, maar dat je dan op deze manier mensen afketst is gewoon hartstikke onprofessioneel. Ik zal er wel blijven sporten want de sportschool op zich is gewoon echt heel fijn, maar een afspraak met Debbie ga ik niet meer maken en dit is dan ook meteen wijze les voor anderen.

Fantastische ervaring: Ik vind het een fijne sportschool, de beste in de regio! Gevarieerde lessen, mooie fitness ruimte, lekker zwembad en sauna. Gewoon compleet :-)

Fantastische ervaring: Great gym, friendly staff, good equipment, excellent service, and last but not least: the wellness part: free sauna, steam bath, swimming and bubble baths! To enjoy! Also the free parking space, the swimwear centrifuge at the showers, the spacious changing rooms are an advantage. Finally, cozy, open-minded people come here to train instead of people who have been put into the latest outfits and want to be seen. Very nice all of them !!

Fantastische ervaring: Very friendly employees. Good guidance. Age of visitors varies from young and old. Large parking lot but can sometimes be full because of the children's playground (Sunday). Sports area very spacious, clean and enough equipment. Many varied group lessons, there are several lessons every day. from yoga to crossfit. Squash court, tennis court and swimming pool. All included in the price. I think there is also a hairdresser and physiotherapist present. The canteen is also spacious and you can have a nice lunch. A spot school / health club to go with energy.

Fantastische ervaring: Nice healthy club with all the needful sports at your disposal and has friendly attendants. Big parking lot and if you have kids, there's some benefit for you to be able to do some sports without they getting on the way. So there's no excuse for not doing some sports activities.... Nice restaurant as well, swiming pool, indoor and outdoor tennis field.
