i640GYM is a brand new training and performance facility, including dedicated top-notch personal training area, small group training area (CrossFit Amstelveen), yoga classes area, two clean bathrooms, physiotherapy & massage and lounge area. Designed with one thing in mind; the athlete’s experience! The first complete functional training facility in Amstelveen to help you achieve your fitness goals, safe, efficient and fast.

For the past 20 years I’ve been dedicated to the fitness industry. I’ve grown through the years starting as a competitive martial arts athlete, progressing on to work for the biggest global fitness chains.

Our specialty is not specialising! We design training programs where each muscle in your body will work and improve. There are approximately 640 skeletal muscles within the typical human body.

Helemaal top! Super goede en ook persoonlijke begeleiding van de coaches tijdens de CrossFit WOD’s, in een week al meer bijgeleerd dan in de afgelopen jaren ????

Eerste maand zit erop! Voel me veel sterker, kilo’s vliegen eraf (en komen erbij in spieren) voel me elke dag fitter en fijner en elke training gaat met de week beter. Bedankt!

Ik heb in 3 maanden zo onwijs veel geleerd bij deze gym. Ik ben niet alleen lichamelijk sterker, sneller en harder geworden, maar ook mentaal ben ik enorm gegroeid. De workouts zijn zo verslavend en door de persoonlijke begeleiding voel je je echt ondersteund. Iedereen hier wil je zien winnen, van de coaches tot de andere athletes, en daardoor win je ook echt. Het familie-gevoel wat je hier krijgt, vind je nergens anders.
