Fantastische ervaring: If you have doubts about opting for a low-budget gym or Living Well then read the following: At living Well it is much more personal and you can socialize (really feel like a club). There are a lot of varying group lessons where you can develop yourself. Living Well is equipped with free sports drinks, coffee ect. With regard to wellness, there is a sauna and nice showers. And also think about the following, I am quite a mess with my stuff and when I left my mobile in the dressing room last month, my essential communication tool was neatly handed over at the counter, I do not want to condemn a gym but that is at a low- budget really different.

Fantastische ervaring: Living Well XL is, in my opinion, the best gym I know. Lots of lessons to follow, just look at the pictures. Absolute top equipment and it is always clean! Just as important: there is always support from well-trained people, care is taken that you perform your exercises correctly. You can have a training schedule made that is tailored to your body. Do you want to lose weight? Many or less? Doesn't matter, also whore. You get help with a menu plan; there is a sleeve to match everywhere! You can also have your fat percentage measured, etc., to get started with your goals! And there is always someone who also gives you mental support. Soooo important! There is always an apple or peppermint waiting for you. There is a coffee bar, where you can get normal, fairly cold and ice cold water, various lemonades, to adjust your sugar level, but also a delicious soup! Costs you nothing. For € 2.50 you can buy a delicious freshly made smoothie with fresh fruit, which is made in your presence, delicious! Beautiful showers, relaxation areas for after the tanning bed or just after training. You always get 1 week of free sports, to see whether it fits what you want or whether it is your thing or not. Super right!?!? And the price per month? You can say expensive, but if you look at what you get for your money and the great support and explanation, I can only say this: the cheap gyms can still suck a bit and are very expensive in comparison! You also have BODY & MIND from Living Well. There you will learn musical meditation and other things.
