Trainers and athletes know each other. The personal attention, professional training and tailor-made training that also take into account injuries etc. are big plus points for me. I also like the offer of many different (group) lessons. In short, highly recommended.

Fantastische ervaring: When I registered with Health First for the first time, I had my doubts about the price, which in terms of monthly charges does entail something. Now (about a year later) I am super satisfied with the choice to still subscribe to Health First. The coaching and attention you receive is very professional. Health First helped me to get my food in order in a way that I liked, where my convex head has turned into a slim (er) face. In addition, there were monthly measurements (at my wish), which provides just that extra motivation. Because it is a personal gym, it is never super busy and you can give a lot of gas. I have never been able to do my exercises during a workout, because certain devices are used. during the entire training. All in all: it may seem like an expensive investment in the first place, but once taken, it is more than worth the investment! Your health and body is after all your most important and functional possession.

Fantastische ervaring: Worked out at this gym for quite a while. Always had a great time here. Employees are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately had to leave due to me moving to an other city. I recommend this gym, especially if you are just starting to work out.
