Fantastische ervaring: Under the guidance of Björn, the personal trainer of basic fit Emmen, I started a training aimed at my personal wishes. These are getting stronger and more muscular and losing weight. Björn guides me very well and motivates me every time to give that little bit extra in my training. I get good explanations about nutrition and exercise so that we ultimately work towards the goal of being fitter and stronger and more energetic. I am very satisfied and already happy with the first results.
