Fantastische ervaring: Good gym for every level, excellent trainers and always a satisfied feeling after a workout. Actually never had a punching bag trainer who also gave technical tips. Very happy with it. Only downside... Would be nice if they offered more classes, also on weekends

Fine strenuous lesson with humor but more important with technical explanation so that you learn it well but also further than you would actually expect from yourself. Thanks for that!
