Fantastische ervaring: Been taking classes here for almost one year now. The teacher, Lia, is friendly and usually cheerful. She prepares the classes well and tries to keep an eye out to everyone so that exercises will be performed well. Her instructions are good and the classes stay interesting! I take mat classes of about an hour in a nice mixed group of men and women. The studio is always clean and you can always get water if needed. My classes are 125 euros for a 10 classes-card which is reasonable. If you have back problems I would recommend trying some Pilates classes since they've helped me very well. I now have a stronger back and core thanks to Studio Pilates.
