Good place to get rid of your energy. Good for strength and cardio training. Also extensive scales to keep track of your status and massage chairs.

Couldn't get the QR code to work. On the wild guess I went to the physical location anyway they let me in without any problems and Kim then activated the app for me! thanks

Big gym hall with loads of diverse machines and a good deal of space to move and work out. Different rooms for different purposes like Fitness and Classes. They also have a solarium.

Awesome gym , big and 24/7 , also alot of parking.

Neat gym with enough space everywhere, friendly staff and several gyms. Always clean.

Vriendelijke en behulpzame mevrouw achter de entreebalie. Apparaten zien er goed uit en functioneren prima. Heel groot minpunt: er is een mondkapjesplicht tijdens verplaatsing van het ene naar het andere apparaat, maar 90 % van de (met name jonge) sporters doet gewoon niet en wordt er ook niet op aangesproken. Maar ja: als je in je eentje achter de balie staat zonder één enkele collega in de buurt, hoe moet je dat dan doen!? Afspraak systeem werkt prima.

This is a large gym with space around the equipment and plenty of natural light, thanks to large windows. It is clean compared to other gyms. Also nice, nice staff. Huge parking space in front of the door (free). New coffee machine (fantastic quality). Many people in their twenties and thirties as an audience. More girls / women also train here than at other locations and less 40+ and 50+. No hardcore bodybuilding. This way, every gym has its own audience. The atmosphere is calmer and more subdued than e.g. in Rotterdam. Some athletes find it busy, but in the afternoon there were plenty of machines available. A disadvantage can be that this gym is not stimulating enough for the hardcore bodybuilder.

A week away from home so not to my usual (fighting) gym. Usually I go along to the Basic Fit, but unfortunately it remains to the treadmill or weights and machines, which is not really my thing. So you can imagine how happy I was with the functional space at this gym, all kinds of material on mats, a ladder and weighted balls, but the bang: 6 punching bags! So you can continue to train in a holiday rhythm here. Also, very tidy accommodation and changing facilities and free parking in a large car park in front of the door.

Perfect gym. It is clean and with a wide variety of machines and weights you can do all your fitness exercises well.
