Membership unlimited group classes: BodyPump, Spinning, BBB, Zumba, African Dance, BodyShape by Powerhouses Ross, Jamie, Joëlle, Haroen, Yoryana, Marolda, Lárice, Nathalie & Mobility Training by Robby. You are more motivated, encouraged and corrected for incorrect practice; nice and intensive and cozy! Don't skip breakfast! Daughter Membership Unlimited Fitness. Good Corona measures / protocol. Compliments for refurbishing the gym (black paint) and purchasing yoga blocks, dumbbells and new fitness equipment.

Positieve ervaring: Despite the fact that it was very hot in Rotterdam for a while, the temperature in F4F was bearable. Until you start exercising, of course, then you sweat to death. The gym is well equipped around Covid19, but at the free weights area you still walk close to each other. Doubt whether anything can be done about it at all. Only regret that F4F does little to reward their loyal athletes, those who have been members for a long time, during this period. That we are still members and keep coming to play sports. It's in the small gestures that make you stand out and make it more pleasant to come back. By the way, I was very kindly helped by the desk clerk when I had a number of questions. Kudos.

Fantastische ervaring: Loved going to group classes. Everything is very cool and cheap almost in the center! Very cool coaches were on African dances and power. Recommend!
