Fantastische ervaring: Absolute gem of a facility. The machines and work out zones are fairly comprehensive. The vibe unique. It's a place where people genuinely come to better themselves, with first class trainers and staff. There are folks of all ages and there's no ego vibes at play. Love this gym a lot! Short term (2 week) packages are ideal for travelers. Sauna and ice bath are wonderful. A small place, not a franchise, but a bit of a family feel. Wonderful place!

Positieve ervaring: I’ve enjoyed this gym for over three months, but today was disappointing. I came for a Body Composition Assessment - simple to use and common in other gyms - but was told twice that no one could assist, even with a trainer standing right there. Small issue, but it leaves a bad impression on an otherwise great facility.

Fantastische ervaring: I’ve had multiple classes here with Lien, notably the science of stretching class. Lien is very professional and within 1 session I felt more flexible and recovered - she explains each exercise and why we do them to ensure we understand what the effect is on the body. The result has been better than any other stretching or similar class I’ve taken.

Fantastische ervaring: Pas gestart bij Fresh Fitness en ik kan nu al zeggen dat ik mij op mn gemak voel en de sfeer is relaxt en zeker geen "gezien willen worden". Lien is mijn coach en zij kijkt verder dan alleen naar het doel dat behaald wil worden.

Fantastische ervaring: Sinds zo'n twee maanden train ik nu bij Fresh Fitness. Goede begeleiding door Daniel. Kan tussendoor altijd wat vragen. Vriendelijke staf. In het begin zag ik er wat tegenop om te gaan maar word steeds enthousiaster en ga vaker en het werkt. Voel me een stuk energieker. Een gezellig en fijne plek om mijn doelen te behalen voor oud en jong.

Fantastische ervaring: I love this gym! It has great facilities, it's small but has a great vibe. My favourite class is Sol's Zumba class! It feels like a party/tropical holiday. It's a great variety in songs and the instructions are clear and easy to follow. It's a great workout, I sweat so much! And Sol really tries to make everyone feel included and welcome. Definitely recommend!

Fantastische ervaring: Een goede sportschool met een fijne sfeer! Ik werk vaak met Mahdad Zamani, die sportschema's met mij opstelt en evalueert. Mahdad luistert goed naar mijn wensen/doelen en neemt de tijd om een passend schema met mij op te stellen. Hij zorgt dat ik de oefeningen goed uitvoer door kritisch te kijken naar mijn houding. Daarbij is hij altijd enthousiast en vriendelijk. Een fijne trainer!

Negatieve ervaring: Fresh Fitness is a relatively small gym, but it has everything you need for a workout. However, there are a couple of downsides. One is the sauna—it’s mixed for men and women, and everyone is completely naked, which might not be comfortable for everyone. I also attended a Zumba class, but it wasn’t what I expected. The instructor seemed more focused on performing rather than actually leading a structured workout, making it hard to follow. It felt more like a personal showcase rather than a class where participants could properly engage. That said, the older ladies in the class seemed to love it—it was clearly their moment to enjoy moving together, which was nice to see, just not what I was looking for. On top of that, the instructor arrived late and spent half the class finishing her sandwich and chatting with a full mouth. Definitely not the level of professionalism I was expecting. Overall, the gym itself is okay, but the class experience was disappointing.

Fantastische ervaring: Wat een heerlijke gym! Alles is in house. Fijne sfeer, vriendelijk en professioneel personeel. Wat ik echt top vind is om na de training het icebath in te duiken om vervolgens te ontspannen in de sauna.

Fantastische ervaring: Weer een goddelijke Pilates les van Jessie Nieuwehuis gehad, zwaar maar zeer gedegen Pilates oefeningen. Merk dat ik elke week sterker word. Mijn dank is groot.

Negatieve ervaring: Ive been going here for 3 years. Normally very happy. Since onefit became urban sports club, my app doesnt check in. Last week I visited them for bodypump and it was OK, they let me in and said to contact the app. Which I did, but the app isn’t fixed yet. This week they were telling me they can’t let me in because I didnt check in. I was explaining and showing I just cant do that as the app gives an error, its not in my control and have been contacting the app, and in other venues and also them this was OK. They were 0 problem solving. I told them I can write down the issue to explain for the app if they are told they have allowed for false check in and get penalty. They said no, you need to get a day pass for 17 euros. I told them then I would be paying for the class, the no show fee and 17 euros. I also tried to reassure I would contact the app immediately: why would I want to pay for the no show fee myself? Worst is that later I realized that them insisting on that I had to check in is a lie. Another studio told me they don’t even see the check ins and they are not responsible? So I was basically not let in because I was being honest. I tried to find solutions for them but no, not willing to help and not even trying to help me after 3 years of seeing my face. Very disappointing, not understanding and unreasonable, despite remaining polite

Fantastische ervaring: Fijne sportschool. Ik waardeer voornamelijk: 1) de kwaliteit en goede staat van apparaten, 2) de bekwame en vriendelijke instructeurs, 3) fitnessbox voor buikspieroefeningen, 4) de hele fijne sauna. Ik zou het iedereen adviseren.

Fantastische ervaring: Met jarenlang terugkerende rugklacht dan toch naar een sportschool. Ik beland in een warm professioneel, stimulerend bad.. Goede sfeer voor jong en oud. Hier ga ik, hoop ik, nig lang van profiteren.

It was super easy to organize via WhatsApp. The gym is clean and has top of the line new fitness equipment. I worked with Jasper, and he is positive and a highly skilled fitness trainer. If I lived here, I would join this gym!

Fantastische ervaring: Persoonlijke sportschool met een fijne sfeer onderling, mede dankzij de trainers! Na een drukke dag ga ik met plezier naar de kickbokslessen, afsluitend met een sauna sessie. De sportschool was nooit mijn favoriete manier van sporten, maar Fresh heeft er verandering in gebracht. Ook het persoonlijke voedingsadvies gaf mij veel inzicht. Professioneel en toegankelijk!

Fantastische ervaring: FreshFitness is een sympathieke sportschool met een ontspannen vriendschappelijke sfeer en een prettig gemengd publiek. De coaching is goed en persoonlijk. In de koffieruimte zijn lekkere eiwitshakes te koop en op wat tafels ontdekte ik veel nuttige voedingstips.

Ook is er een ruim aanbod aan groepslessen, van yoga tot kickboksen! Voor ieder wat wils :).
