Fantastische ervaring: I am very satisfied with InShape, I took out a subscription because of the extensive group schedule (no gym in my area had that). Even if there are (sometimes) only three participants: the trainer gives lessons full of fire. In addition to the group lessons, I have been given a tailor-made fitness program that is adjusted every so often. The employees are (in my impression:) very knowledgeable, know you well, know about your possible complaints and always keep an eye on you when you are working individually. In this way you exercise responsibly and effectively. The individual approach also applies to group lessons. I am very positive!
