Fantastische ervaring: Tum, the teacher, gave 3 great workshops in our high school to class 1, 2 and 3 (different levels)! Tum has a lot of energy, enthusiasm and knowledge about Capoeira and that made the workshop even more fun. All students were enthusiastic and participated well. He knew how to take the students along in the story behind capoeira, the movements and the music. Upon arrival, the students were greeted warmly and enthusiastically by Tum and his colleague in training. Tum knew the names of the students very quickly, involved them in the story behind capoeira and approached them so positively and with passion that the act became a big party during the final. Even though they started the day inexperienced and it is obviously scary to perform for all your second year schoolmates: everyone participated and was visibly proud of the end result. The atmosphere and group dynamics that emerged during this workshop is something that will stay with us for a long time to come and this was really thanks to the two fantastic supervisors. An absolute must for every high school!

The class was energetic, active, interactive and above all a lot of fun! The teacher's enthusiasm spread to all students. Busy students were able to release their energy but were well controlled, and shy students were challenged to come out of their shells and participate. The great thing is that there is a whole philosophy behind martial arts, which is transferred to the students in a very good and educational way. An absolute must for every school to participate in a Capoeira lesson!

Fantastische ervaring: Brazilian Jiu jitsu in Zutphen is a fantastic branch of self-defense sports. You learn a lot of techniques in ground combat and you build strength and flexibility. A big advantage is that BJJ is much less susceptible to injury than in other sports. The instructions given by Tum are well constructed with humor. He is a very enthusiastic trainer with a lot of passion for the sport and a lot of positive energy. Attention to respect for yourself and others is important. Although I work in shifts and can not always be there, I would not want to miss any more lessons!

Fantastische ervaring: Tum has provided a workshop for our BSO. The children (both the young and older children) were very enthusiastic and found the workshop very nice. He knows how to entertain the children with humor, but at the same time also provides a lot of information about capoeira. The children had continued to practice at the BSO after the workshop, so it was great! It was also nice that Tum was available at short notice. Due to circumstances, a workshop had to be arranged within 2 days and despite the limited time, the collaboration went smoothly. Definitely recommended if you, as a BSO, want to include a nice workshop in your activity program.
