Fantastische ervaring: Wooohooo, SuperGym .... Wednesday we are finally going to train, after being gymless for 3 weeks. What a drama, I miss my endorphins !! About SuperGym, the tour was top notch, what a space. Many devices, so little waiting. Nice track where you can train without weights and behind a spacious room for boxing and other lessons. The entire building is open, which makes it look even more spacious than it already is. In the back there is only an enclosed space for Spinning. You can park for free in the parking garage above the gym. You walk into the gym covered. Top!

Building condition, stronger muscles and even the group lessons are a must for my favorite lessons; boxes, pump, CrossFit, bag training and occasional fitness. Fantastische ervaring: Super gym! Truly a gym that stands out from others. It is an all in 1 gym. Multiple freeweight racks for crossfitters etc but certainly also room for group lessons and there is a boxing ring. The fitness machines are very original, put a little more detail on the muscles than the average brands such as matrix etc. They have their own parking garage and there is plenty of room to grow, both as a gym and as an athlete. Friendly staff, not difficult about a free trial training. Hempjes are forbidden, if that is the worst it may not have a name.
