Fantastische ervaring: Love this gym. Friendly trainers. Small and lots of guidance, so you keep progressing and don't get overwhelmed. Classes as well to mix things up. Amazing how they can fit so much into a small space. This gym has gotten me to love working out in my 40s (and I'm the person who used to write my own fake sick notes to get out of gym class as a kid). Highly recommend!

Negatieve ervaring: Tried out the trial week and despite after 5 days I communicated that the gym doesn’t respect the standard advertised, therefore I don’t want to join the gym, I have been charge for the full subscription. The administration now doesn’t want to refund, but asking me to ask my bank to request a refund on behalf of them (which doesn’t make sense). Very poor service and poor administration without professionalism.

Fantastische ervaring: Hele fijne kleine sportschool. Tijdens de groepslessen word je goed begeleid en het biocircuit is een fijn alternatief als je wat minder tijd hebt. De coaches zijn super vriendelijk en motiverend en denken mee hoe jij je doel het beste kunt bereiken.

Fantastische ervaring: Ik hou helemaal niet van sporten maar dit concept met apparaten die zich aan jou aanpassen, de frisheid van alle ruimtes (terwijl er toch behoorlijk gezweet wordt) maar vooral de enorm vrolijke, meedenkende trainers die weten wanneer ze iets moeten zeggen maar vooral ook wanneer niet, maken dat zelfs ik er aardigheid in begin te krijgen. En dat zegt veel.

Positieve ervaring: Hele leuke sportschool met hele liever, aardige en behulpzame team/coaches. Ze staan echt altijd voor je klaar voor als je wat nodig is en vragen altijd of het goed met je gaat en of ze je ergens hulp bij nodig hebt. Ik vind het persoonlijk heel fijn dat ik mn sporttijd kan reserveren, dit omdat t dat niet druk wordt en alle apparaten kan gebruiken zonder op elkaar te wachten. De reden dat ik het 4 sterren geef ipv 5 is omdat ik al een paar keer heb mee gemaakt dat t apparatuur niet deden waardoor ik of niet kon sporten of moet de losse gewichten gebruiken. (Wat ook niet erg is)

Negatieve ervaring: Ze zijn erg goed in het werven van nieuwe klanten. Je word dan ook met open armen ontvangen. Verder word je fijn geholpen. Maar als je wil stoppen zijn ze een stuk minder behulpzaam. Pas dus op want je abonnement loopt zonder waarschuwing door!

Fantastische ervaring: Ik had altijd het idee dat een sportschool niets voor mij was, maar zo gemotiveerd dat ik bij Fitskillz voor het sporten ben geworden is me niet eerder gebeurd. Leuke coaches, fijne sfeer, schoon en degelijke apparatuur, ik kan gewoon niks bedenken om over te zaniken!

Fantastische ervaring: Great gym with everything you need.

Positieve ervaring: Great gym for doing a regular wordkout if you live close by. Fitskillz has convenient and safe Technogym exercise equipment. Staff is capable and friendly. For free training the space is a bit cramped. Not the cheapest.

Fantastische ervaring: I cannot imagine myself exercising anywhere else as long as I am living in Den Haag!! All the trainers treat you like a family..

Negatieve ervaring: I was given the option of a 3 month subscription, or a 6 month subscription. I chose the 3 month. I emailed on the 7th of Dec to confirm end of membership. It was confirmed to me that indeed December was my last month, but also told I will pay the entire month of January, because apparently there was a one month period in cancelation. I paid a full extra month 87 euro, and when I asked why I cannot just pay until the 7th of January, I did not receive a reply. I was also never told anything about one month cancelation period, and never given any terms and conditions to read. This is unacceptable, for a small neighborhood gym.

Fantastische ervaring: Dedicated team of fitness trainers, always encouraging and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Positieve ervaring: Went there for an introduction, the gym itself was cleaner than most gyms I have been to, seemed decently equipped and the staff was very friendly as well. The gym was however, not entirely what I was looking for (somewhere I could walk in, train with weights and that's it), but the staff-member that assisted me understood completely and was very friendly about it, didn't try to push me into a program that didn't suit my goals. By all means, go check it out!
