Fantastische ervaring: The Harder They Fall, ok it looks like a gym, and the touch lady coach looks like she is going to straighten you out, but as tough as they look as gentle they are. Well for workouts you get a prober straightener with good guidance and a smile. So my reservations fell hard, and my recommendation, if you are around give your body a boost, try it out

Fantastische ervaring: Goede gym uitsluitend voor personal training op een onverwachte en leuke locatie in het centrum. Fijne sfeer, goed materiaal voor functionele trainingen. Zelf word ik door Tony Woods getraind, die echt geweldig is, hij luistert naar je doelen en maakt elke sessie op maat door te checken hoe je je die dag voelt. Hij is altijd vriendelijk en meelevend, heeft begrip voor wat er - in mijn geval medisch - speelt en heeft gedegen kennis. Daardoor train ik beslist zwaarder, efficiënter en met meer plezier dan zonder PT. Functionele training bevalt ook me ook echt uitstekend in vergelijking met de jaren bodybuilding die ik deed. Ik kan Tony en Sky van harte aanbevelen.

Positieve ervaring: Located in the city centre, Skyhealth is easy to get to (although finding it for the first time might be confusing) and the facility is always kept very clean. With trainers knowing their craft, they can customise a programme and motivate you to reach your goals - all you need to do is show up and be ready to train! you won't leave Skyhealth without getting a serious workout

I have gotten great results training here with Arash, he really knows his stuff, and pushes me to improve with every session.

Fantastische ervaring: In a nutshell: Sky Health is small-scale, highly professional gym. Easily the best venue where I've had the pleasure of working out with a personal trainer. Because it's relatively small, it really feels like a tight-knit community. There's a wide variety of personal trainers, who between them possess knowledge of every work-out style under the sun. I myself have been working out with personal trainer Tony Woods whom I can't recommend warmly enough. If you're looking to work out with a personal trainer in The Hague, this is the place to do it!

Fantastische ervaring: Six months ago my adventure started with a personal trainer (Jason) at sky health. What I love about sky health is that the training sessions are adapted to what I need. Every training is different, every time there are new challenges, this keeps my attention, and thanks to a personal trainer I push myself to give more and more out of myself. But I am also sure that I am doing the exercises well thanks to the professional guidance. The results of my workouts were soon to be seen. I have lost 8 kilos but I also feel stronger and feel better about myself. But this is just the beginning.
