Then this very complete and clean gym is ideally located to clear your mind during your own session. Or take one of the live group lessons such as HIIT, zumba, boxing or a functional training.

The classes are given by super motivating instructors who not only help you with your form but push you to excell. Equipment is modern and focused on performance which makes this perfect for athletes and your regular gym fanatic. Dislike cardio??? Not a problem you can access YouTube AND even watch your series on Netflix. Overall the place to be if you want to excell in your fitness performance and crash your goals

Fantastische ervaring: I’ve been a member at this gym for about 7 years and I must say I don’t think I would ever change from gyms. Always improving their facilities and equipment. If you’re an athlete and you’re looking for a gym where you can work on your strength, conditioning, agility? Then you used definitely join this gym!. They have everything from a free weight zone to a functional zone with HIIT cardio machines. Such as an Air Runner, Air Bike and a grass mat with sled. Very helpful staff and a clean gym. Easily accessible via bike, car or public transportation

Fantastische ervaring: Great gym. Just what I want. Incredibly friendly staff, know what they are talking about. Enough variety, spacious, clean. In short, happy !!!

Positieve ervaring: Een goede sportschool met vriendelijke personeel. Er zijn voldoende apparaten aanwezig en het is er niet te druk. Een tip zou zijn dat de medewerkers vaker een ronde lopen lopen door de sportschool; ik merk op dat apparaten niet altijd schoon worden achtergelaten door de sporters, met name op de verdieping boven.

Fantastische ervaring: The club has a great atmosphere. Young, old, man and woman can go there for various group lessons, but also for a wide range of cardio and strength equipment. Much of the equipment is only 1 to 2 years old. The club is easily accessible by bicycle, car and public transport. You can also train at the other location in Ypenburg, but I don't go there that often because it is just too far for me.

Fantastische ervaring: A nice big gym, sleek and well-organized, clean with very civilized and polite staff. There are lifts for when it is difficult to climb the stairs due to injuries and there is also a lot of daylight. There is also a lot of respect from the staff and they think along with the athletes. I love the Zumba classes and their teachers ‍♂️‍♀️

Fantastische ervaring: Rhythmsports is a fun and cozy gym with a wide choice of facilities such as; group lessons, professional fitness equipment and quality staff / supervisors. Personal Training is also offered. Also in this time (Covid19), extra attention is paid to good hygiene and precautions so that we can all continue to exercise and stay healthy. I am very satisfied !!

Fantastische ervaring: I've been working out at rhythmsports for 11 months now. It is a very hygienic, beautiful gym where you can train well .. staff is always very nice .. because I often train at night, I mainly come across ali .. a top guy! A top gym, definitely recommended .. unfortunately I may have to say goodbye after this month because of the travel time of about 25 minutes .. (rhythm sports van Maanenkade)
