Negatieve ervaring: I was never a member of the gym and every month I am getting a charge in my bank account. I sent emails to the same people that were inviting me to join, but they just stop replying to me. I am asking about a solutiona and I am being IGNORED!!! BE CAREFULL with this club. I feel like I was scammed!!!!!

Positieve ervaring: Great joining experience, we were well informed and warmly welcomed. Peter really does an effort to build a relationship with the customers and thinks along in their benefit. The facilities are great and there is always cleaning ongoing so it feels and smells fresh. The personal training session kickoff was a bit different than expected less workout more explaining, but that may get compensated. It’s quite pricey but it’s definitely also the luxury you’d expect from it, including fresh towels and customer satisfaction.

Sales approach was smooth, genuine, and truly impressive—no pressure at all, just honest and professional advice. Today, I did my first Pilates class ever—and I survived! Thanks to Yanqin, my super patient and gentle instructor who made me feel totally at ease. Perfect for beginners! You can tell they really care about the clients. A fantastic representative of the gym and a big reason I’d recommend this place to others!

Negatieve ervaring: I'm a new member, and noticed that coaches have a tendency of quiting earlier than schedule. My boyfriend had first free private train for 45min. It was done in 10min after a body scan. And the coach was gone, saying next session will make some plan. I have group lesson for 30min schedules. Coach was late for 10min, and it was done in 10min, don't understand why I need to book ahead for this kind of thing

Fantastische ervaring: Great swimming classes with teacher Shirin! We are visiting the club for more than 3 years and my daughter was going the swim classes since that time. But this year we had a new teacher Shirin, and I really see a big progress in swimming. As for fitness club itself, it has a great facilities - swim pool, sauna, gym and group classes. Though not an easy to sign into the group classes, they are usually full. As for the overall management and communication process - I would say it is an area for the improvement in the club..

Fantastische ervaring: Een club met veel opties: Zwembad, sauna, gym, tennis, badminton, squash. Ik kreeg een fitness introductie van Tsvetan Ivanov, en ben zeer tevreden van zijn training programma en uitleg.

Fantastische ervaring: Hele goede opvang juffen Valerie en myra zijn altijd vrolijk en goed opgeleid, ze voelen meteen alles aan. Ben blij dat ik hier de kinderen heen kan brengen en ik lekker even kan gaan sporten. Daarbij bieden ze tal van leuke lessen en workshops aan voor de kinderen. Ook leuke speelhoek met speeltoestel.

De mevrouw Valerie kwam ook meteen te hulp Ik wordt vrij wel altijd heel klantvriendelijk geholpen. Echt super personeel!! Verder is de hygiëne echt super! Douches zien er altijd spik en span uit!! Positieve ervaring: Als gast gesport en rondleiding gehad. Super groot maar vooral compleet aanbod waarvoor je normaal van diverse clubs lid moet zijn.

Fantastische ervaring: Hele fijne en grote sportschool met alles wat je maar zou willen. Binnen en buiten tennis, squash, tafeltennis, hindernisbaan en natuurlijk ook een fitness ruimte met alle apparaten die je nodig hebt voor een goede workout. Daarnaast is er ook een zwembad om na het sporten lekker af te koelen en een sauna om nog even te relaxen. In het restaurant vindt je naast heerlijke proteïne shakes ook lekkere broodjes en salades

Fantastische ervaring: This is mainly a review for the swimming program for kids. This year we were looking into swim lessons for my daughter and had a rough time with the wait lists at other locations as well as the strict schedules. One of my co-workers suggested looking into David Lloyd and i'm quite glad we did. My daughter was always intimidated by the water, but within 4 months things have changed significantly. She has a lot of confidence after going through the Swim Stars level 1 program. She went from being dependent on lots of swimming assist (floaties, etc) to needing none. She loves to swim now and asks frequently to go. Shirin runs the class with my daughter and has done a great job with her - she knows when and how to push for learning and when to let the children figure things out on their own. Shirin also helped quite a bit, letting me know what areas to focus on outside the lesson-time if we had the chance. The smaller class sizes for learning and personalized touches also helped a lot. I think, combined with the flexibility of the program overall, it was absolutely the right decision to sign with David Lloyd to get into their swimming program for my daughter. An added benefit is that I'm now active at the gym, and it's a quality location with lots of amenities.

Fantastische ervaring: Great gym, good staff, great cafeteria. Nice tennis courts en a great pool and Sauna to finish it off. Added bonus is that all classes are in English, so perfect for people from abroad, which is hard to find in this area

Fantastische ervaring: Yanqin is a very nice and skilled Pilates coach. Warm hearted and pay lots of attention to the class with patience. I enjoy the group class very much with Yanqin.

Negatieve ervaring: Ben al een tijd lang bij deze sportclub, vraag me wel af hoelang de leden dit nog leuk blijven vinden. Vraag me ook af of er ook nog een leden stop is ingevoerd, het wordt als maar drukker savonds een ramp ben al weken bezig om een binnenbaan te huren geen kans ja voor 17.00 uur en na 21.00 uur En het wordt als maar duurder als je gaat fitnessen sta je in de rij kom op zeg moet niet gekker worden. Blijkt maar door het, als maar duurder te maken er toch nog nieuwe leden komen,dus ga gewoon op deze voet verder. Zal er nog meer geklaagd worden.

Fantastische ervaring: Highly recommended for the swimming lessons in David Lloyd, especially the coach Shirin. She has been an amazing swimming instructor for my son. Her patience, encouragement, and fun teaching style have helped him gain confidence in the water while learning essential skills. So grateful for her dedication.

Negatieve ervaring: Too less courts compared to the people, only one TT table and 4 badminton courts( also multiplexed usage for kids)

Negatieve ervaring: Today there was an incident in women's locker room, which was shocking and appalling by all standards. After some racist remarks, almost an invitation to fight, as I left to address this with management I realised that one of the club managers was actually there, passing by casually. Even after my entire story she did not do anything, and even after trying to address the situation with reception - I was simply told that they couldn't find this lady. That somebody gets so aggressive, and some disagreements arise -happens everywhere. But zero action from management, casually walking by - is simply unacceptable. Considering that around 70% of club members in the Eindhoven club are probably expats, there should be explicit zero tolerance for racist remarks and such behaviour. If you're an expat considering joining this club, I believe you should know about how much protection and follow up you're going to get in this kind of situations.

Negatieve ervaring: De club is zwaar achteruit gegaan. Hygiëne bij de toestellen en in de kleedkamers is echt slecht. Het is vies, smoezelig. Daarnaast sta je bij de Xco groepslessen als sardientjes in een blik de lessen te volgen. Overigens zijn de docenten wel goed. Wij hebben inmiddels het lidmaatschap opgezegd, maar de membersupport afdeling geeft ontzettend weinig op feedback. Een dure hobby voor 167,50 per maand met deze omstandigheden.

Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a supportive, results-driven trainer. However, the customer service support is far from professional, the subscription cost is very tricky, just double the invoice regularly.

Negatieve ervaring: Zocht een nieuwe alternatieve sportschool dan de basic,oké een duurdere misschien maar als je al naar hun site gaat wekt mij al ontevredenheid op. Als aankomende lid moet je eerst talloze vragen gaan beantwoorden vervolgens je e-mail voor push mails in gang te moeten zetten enz..Zet gewoon jullie tarieven zwart op wit op de site joh, want natuurlijk weet ik ook wel dat jullie duurder zijn dan een ander sportschool. Als een sportschool daar al geheim zinnig over gaat doen dan weet ik al zat, en sla ik deze sportschool bij voorbaat door deze reden dan ook over. De groeten!

Shirin is very dedicated and focussed and does a great job training my daughter. Sara is very patient and kind with the little ones! Kids love coming to the classes and so do I! Thanks ladies and keep up the work! Clean, friendly staff and great atmosphere!

Fantastische ervaring: We zijn al lid sinds onze 2 jongens baby zijn. Nu zitten ze allebei op zwemles, het zijn kleine groepjes en ze hebben nu allebei tegelijk zwemles op eigen niveau. Je hoeft niet langs te kant zitten en kan zelf kopje thee drinken of sauna'tje pakken. Helemaal top!

Our instructor, Shirin, is incredibly patient and dedicated, giving personalized attention to each student. My daughter absolutely loves her swimming lessons, and as parents, we can see her progress with every session.

Firstly, the pool and sauna are very small compared to the number of people using them, and they are often dirty. I and others have complained several times, but unfortunately, no action has been taken. Even the showers are often dirty.

Fantastische ervaring: Deze week een fijne Pilatus les gehad van een nieuwe instructrice, Yankin Wang. Ze legde alles heel duidelijk uit en hield rekening met de verschillende niveau’s in de klas. Ze beschikt over een groot arsenaal aan Pilatus oefeningen. Ik ben benieuwd naar de volgende les van Yankin.

Negatieve ervaring: Very bad customer service. You are just a number. Very unemphatic and very cold and unfeeling. Even though the reception could see my problem and they are friendly, but their customer service is very dissappointing for such a big franchise of gym.

Fantastische ervaring: My family and I love David Lloyd Eindhoven. The amenities are great and staff is always friendly and helpful. Swim lessons with Miss Shirin are excellent, high value and I’m happy with the progress my child has shown. Miss Emily and rest of the kids activity team do a phenomenal job as well guiding kids in proper movement, sports, and fun! Highly recommend!

Fantastische ervaring: David Lloyd gets 5 stars from me. Great teachers. When I come to Olga in the morning for a nice flow Vinyasha, everything is ready. Light, heating and nice music are on. The Vinyasha on Saturday morning is a nice challenge and is always preceded by breathing exercises and or chanting. After the Vinyasha follows a nice Yin Yoga class with themes linked to the season, tapping of the meridians and inspiring affirmations, which stay with me for the rest of the day. On Wednesday I enjoy the Spirit class with Olga with exercises such like as a dance and a piece of core training, which she concludes with nice relaxation. Then I follow the Pilates (classical/advanced) class with her, a tough class with very good instruction/guidance/correction. Olga is my favorite teacher at DL. On Thursday I also follow Power Pilates with Astrid. Then all muscles are addressed with a different program and different tools every week, the class is over before you know it. Astrid is a top teacher. Friday is Bodypump for me with Monique/Ron. A nice lesson with good instruction/correction, which is certainly a must as you get older. In short, I am very happy with the club and the teachers, who put their heart and soul into it, they deserve a big compliment.

Fantastische ervaring: Sinds kort sport ik bij David Lloyd. Ik heb de keuze gemaakt vanwege de fijne faciliteiten en de kidsclub. Mijn dochtertje Yaël is nog niet eerder bij een opvang geweest, maar Myra en Valerie zijn ontzettend lief en geduldig met haar. Ik weet dat ik mijn dochter daar bij professionele vrouwen achterlaat die met veel liefde voor mijn dochter en andere kindjes zorgen! Daarnaast ben ik mijn eerste dagen goed geholpen door Kylie met een fijne rondleiding en Tsvetan met een 1-op-1 PT die goed naar mijn wensen heeft geluisterd. De dames bij de receptie zijn ook altijd behulpzaam en verwelkomend. Voor nu dus een fijne eerste maand bij David Lloyd!
