However there was an employee who smelled a bit, they came up to me multiple times to ask me how I’m doing. Which is nice, but the smell was pretty bad actually so it threw me off a bit. Other than that it’s a really nice gym

Fantastische ervaring: Have been going to this gym for minimum 3 years at this point and I love the atmosphere, equipment available, and BTY CLB classes. It does get quite crowded at times so definitely keep that in mind when thinking of joining. Definitely recommend!

Positieve ervaring: Trained here with a friend. Super nice gym, clean, all the equipment you need although it was busy at lunchtime so couldn't get on the all machines right away. Not ideal if you're hard on time. But really liked the vibe!

I’ve never had to wait long for machines, and everything works like it should. Service is also really quick if you ever need help. One of the things I love most is the vibe – the music, lighting, and layout make it feel more energetic than your average gym. And the €1 cashback per workout is a great motivator! Overall, TrainMore just feels like a step above. It’s clean, modern, well-equipped, and the team genuinely cares. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a solid gym in the city.

Negatieve ervaring: Regret my decision to join this gym, have to relocate to another city for a job and also sent them proof of my job contract to cancel my membership, while I’m still registered at my original address and they won’t cancel my contract until I show them a proof of registration to the new geemente. No way to call them, while they call me, convincing to upgrade.

Negatieve ervaring: Je kan als member, zelfs niet van een red label, lessen boeken. Ik heb screenshotjes gemaakt van classpass en trainmore roosters naast elkaar. Bij trainmore zijn de lessen vol geboekt en bij classpass niet. Ik heb voor trainmore gekozen vanwege de groepslessen. Ik voel me belazerd en het lukt mij niet om te klagen want er is geen mailadres om een klacht in te dienen.

Positieve ervaring: The facility is new and spacious. However, toilets need more frequent cleaning. If they were to make them all-gender toilets, they should clean them more often. Otherwise, please keep them separate for ladies and gents.

Negatieve ervaring: Abbonement genomen voor deze gym om naar BTY club en (pilates) lessen te gaan. Met een trainmore pas is het onmogelijk om in te schrijven aangezien ze voorrang geven aan classpass en bty club houders. Als je een trainmore abbonement hebt laten ze je gewoon in de steek en zijn alle lessen volgeboekt 1 week van te voren allemaal. dus niet naar trainmore gaan als je specifiek komt voor de sportslessen. Het voelt alsof ik nu vast zit aan een scam abbonement voor 1 jaar.

Fantastische ervaring: Een nette en schone sportschool waar de Dumbbells netjes worden teruggezet. Het personeel is vriendelijk, de sfeer is altijd goed en vaak goeie muziek om je te motiveren tijdens je workout. Ik ga deze gym missen man!! PS open eentje in bredaaa, ALSJEBLIEFT

Fantastische ervaring: Hele fijne gym met genoeg mogelijkheden. De ochtend groep aan sporters is altijd erg gezellig. Wel jammer dat de deur soms na 6 pas open gaat. Ik heb maar een uurtje om te trainen dus soms haal ik het net niet om mijn schema af te ronden. Verder ben ik erg positief en train ik hier graag.

Negatieve ervaring: Trainmore is not client oriented at all. Don't believe them if they say that a membership ends, it doesn't. And they will make you pay every penny. Even after having been a loyal member for 6+ years

Negatieve ervaring: Ik sport hier nu ruim 4 a 5 jr en naarmate de jaren vorderen is de kwaliteit en service behoorlijk achteruit gegaan. Je had een abonnement van €29,- en door corona wilde men dat je ze bleef steunen door €15,- te betalen, heb ik gedaan totdat er en lange lockdown kwam toen heb ik m’n abonnement beeindigd, Daarna voor €38,- lid geworden en nav inflatie naar €42,50 gegaan en nu per 01-01-2024 naar €45,- alleen je hebt geen sauna meer en geen zonnebank (tegen meerprijs) en er zijn helemaal geen lessen meer en het lijkt ook nav verbouwing er minder apparaten aanwezig zijn maar wel steeds drukker aan het worden is en hoor dat men van oude leden afwillen die dus voor de oude prijs nog lid zijn? De dameskleedkamer is vaak erg vies en loopt er personeel rond die te jong is om ervoor te zorgen de kleedkamers schoon te houden. Er is een schoonmaakster maar dat is te weinig gezien de aantal leden er per uur sporten. Ik erger me ook steeds dat het druk wordt en hierdoor wordt weggejaagd op een apparaat omdat iemand anders je in je nek staat te hijgen omdat hij/zij graag een toestel wil gebruiken waar ik net mijn oefening zit te doen…..mensen komen in mijn aura wat mij irriteert en mij geen ontspannen gevoel geeft tijdens mijn sportsessie en dat voor een steeds duurder wordende gym met steeds minder kwaliteit en sportgelegenheid……..Dus hierdoor zit ik in gedachte om van sportschool te switchen. Bedankt Trainmore voor de TOP SERVICE!!!

Positieve ervaring: Plenty of equipment and you’ll manage to get a solid workout done even at the busiest hours. Just one note, need more treadmills or create space for it. I waited by it to catch one, but I can imagine “gym shy” people skipping the run/walk just because of this. But then again I understand this is a small gym.. hmm.. conflicted.

Negatieve ervaring: Hele slechte service ene doet doe alle kluisjes niet andere keer kan je water niet eens bijvullen steeds van de kraan.. en heel weinig mensen die geen eens nederlands kunnen praten.

Fantastische ervaring: I have been going to TrainMore (Coolsingel, Rotterdam) for a while now, and I have been very happy with it. The staff is always greeting me with a smile and they are ready to help if I need anything. The space is beautiful and modern, with colorful lights and nicely painted walls. They play nice music and have all the machines I need. I'm also a fan of their free flavored sport water! :)

Positieve ervaring: Small and cozy gym. Polite staff and friendly attitude And when you are on elliptical you can see the city hall and brides and grooms who are happily coming down the stairs... However, there is a small place for stretching exercises

Positieve ervaring: Uno de los mejores lugares para entrenar en Róterdam. Las máquinas, la distribución y el cardio están muy bien conservados. No tiene cinco estrellas porque necesita más baños y el lavamanos casi nunca está funcionando. El staff es muy atento, y los usuarios en su gran mayoría están enfocados en hacer ejercicio. Una diferencia enorme en comparación a otros gimnasios alrededor.

Negatieve ervaring: I joined the gym in February where even on the busy days and during rush hour it was pretty easy to workout. But since then, I’ve experienced terrible customer service where I can’t reach them by phone, only via email. Alot of unlawful direct debits from my bank account ( once there were 2 payments debited within 3 days). And now from Monday to Thursday, good luck working out after work. You’ll have to wait 10 mins for each machine. Alot of promotions every single month to attract people more than the gym can handle. Will definitely change gyms when my contract expires.

Fantastische ervaring: Very good gym with very well maintained equipment. I like the atmosphere when you are working out in this gym. The staffs are also friendly and helpful. However the downside from this gym is the transparency or honestly regarding the subscriptions/memberships, promos. This reason is because they might be have some "hidden" "untold" fee/cost that you have to pay once you join one of those subscriptions/promos. For instance in my case, few months ago I decided to join the PT membership and on the website it says that one PT session per week is cost 59 euros however if you join this subscription in the middle of the month/on going period that you will pay pro-rata which is way more expensive than the price of 59 and they didn't mention this term and condition on their website. Which is kind of scam not not honest with what are their advertised on the website. More, one year ago when I decided to continue my second year of membership and one of their staff called me that if I continuing my membership that I will get the 10 euros cheaper of membership fee than my previous year (which is 42 instead of 52). However, when I asked them to send me the official email about this new fee and they didn't send my any! instead now I pay regular price (52 euros). Also why they didn't give any extra benefit after I joined the membership for three years now instead they just increase and increase the costs.

Negatieve ervaring: Stay away! The company running the gym is a joke. They advertise a lot to get new customers but their customer service is the worst. Sent so many emails, they never reply back. There is no phone you can call and the employees at the actual gym don't have power to handle your contract. So now I can't use my gym because they don't answer. The gym has nice machines but inside is too hot, there is no AC and with many people especially in summer it gets too hot. The pricing is expensive for what you get. They lock you to 12 months contract you can't cancel, 45 euro per month. And now apparently it costs 107 euro for one month if you don't go for 12 months. It's a joke. Unfortunately very predatory company and not customer friendly!

Fantastische ervaring: The best gym I have ever been to! I went one day to try it out, and they have a great range of equipment. Also, it was very clean and they offer free refreshments. The best part is the lovely and helpful staff. I will definitely join!!
