Positieve ervaring: Nice gym but too small

Negatieve ervaring: Very bad customer to not existent customer service. We moved and were trying to see how to cancel the subscription but we of course no phone or proper contact was available.

Fantastische ervaring: Lovely trainers. Only attending outdoor classes that unfortunately have been cancelled at the end of the year. But enjoyed every time I went as friendly group and trainer.

Negatieve ervaring: Meerdere malen dat het PostNL punt helemaal vol zit. “er is helemaal geen plek”. Slechte service!

Fantastische ervaring: Goede sportschool met gloednieuwe apparatenen een ruime keus aan programma's.

Negatieve ervaring: They bought my friendly neighborhood gym in Rotterdam, where I am signed up for outdoor lessons and boxing, and where people from all walks of life could enjoy training. They completely revamped it, made it look like a dungeon, and aimed at young, spandex-clad people who like body building with machines. They promised to keep the outdoor lessons and the boxing, but 8 months later, they announced that they will stop offering both. Yet, they won’t let me quit my existing 2-year contract that I had closed with the previous owner. They want to make me pay for another full year, even though what I signed up for is no longer offered! These people are money sharks and the whole scheme is a rip-off. Don’t fall for it.

Negatieve ervaring: Complete ripoff, they want €50 for their "free trial week", not a free trial then is it? And they only ask for it after telling you to come in for a tour, showing you around, introducing you to people, offering you coffee, and giving them all your details, "oh by the way we want €50 now so you can start your free trial." Complete waste of time.

Fantastische ervaring: Hele fijne sportschool! Ik dacht altijd dat ik niet zo'n sportschool-persoon was, maar ik ben het sporten hier echt leuk gaan vinden. Enthousiaste trainers, persoonlijke aanpak en een fijne sfeer. Ook tijdens COVID weten ze op creatieve wijze hun lessen vorm te geven, waardoor we lekker door kunnen sporten. Zeker een aanrader!

Fantastische ervaring: GoHealth club is een waanzinnig leuke en persoonlijke sportschool. Ik kon zelf even niet bij mijn sportschool terecht en mocht deze maanden bij GoHealth komen sporten. Dit was een hele leuke tijd! De trainers zijn stuk voor stuk onwijs professioneel en persoonlijk. Buiten dat er hard getraind wordt is er een hele gezellige sfeer met zowel de trainers als andere laden.

Negatieve ervaring: Lees goed voordat je de contract ga tekenen. Ik had een contract van twee jaar. Ik kon niet meer komen vanwege mijn werk. Ik moest veel reizen. Ik wilde het afzeggen maar helaas moest ik toch de twee jaar bijven betalen. Ik vind het belachelijk dat dit niet maandelijks opzegbaar is. Contact met de klantenservice kan alleen via e-mail. Zonde van het geld!
