Fantastische ervaring: Treated for Achilles tendon complaints. At the beginning there was little improvement until I was referred to Johan de Koning. He used 'Percutaneous needle electrolysis' quite painful but afterwards very effective. This was the first time there was an improvement and from then on it kept getting better. Finally treated with shockwave and I am now almost completely recovered. Very satisfied with this last part of the treatment.

Fantastische ervaring: I had been suffering from an inflamed bursa for over a year, caused by IT band friction syndrome. Previous treatments have not helped, but at Fysical I had a corticosteroid injection performed under ultrasound guidance. The precision that the echo guidance offers is an enormous added value. The doctor and Physio have worked together to make this possible. After a day or three I noticed a noticeable difference. I already had less pain then, and now, more than 2 months after the treatment, I am still pain free. In the meantime, the Fysio of Fysical has already called me twice to ask how things are going. I find that interest very pleasant. I have been advised to rest a lot the first weeks and not to practice heavy sports. I have walked a lot, and now after 2 months I can quietly start to pick up my sports again. This under the guidance of the Fysio of Fysical. In addition to targeted treatment, so also an appropriate follow-up process with guidance. 6 weeks after the injection I also had my legs massaged at 1 of the other Physio's. This was a very pleasant treatment after the injection and it was also a nice conversation about sports. In short, expert, focused, interested and all that in a friendly and family practice.

Fantastische ervaring: Besides the fact that I have been an enthusiastic visitor for many years and thanks to the people at Fysical I have become 'really' sporty, I am now a fan of the David Spine concept! In 1992 my pelvis was broken / torn in 2 places, which meant that my lower back always remained a weak spot and I had to pay for work regularly with a stiff, sore back for a few days. Since I started working with David Spine last fall, a whole new world has opened up for me! Where I always had to pay for it with stiffness, I now stay flexible and no longer suffer from a few days of pain and stiffness. I'm completely happy! Fantastische ervaring: Recommendation In 2016 I became a patient at Fysical Hillegersberg, after having been with a physiotherapist in Capelle aan den IJssel for more than 30 years. To my complete satisfaction I have to say. But after the physical therapist had stopped I had to look for something else. My doctor advised you to take a look at Fysical Hillegersberg. At first strange, because I was still unfamiliar with the phenomenon of Physiotherapy annex gym. I was immediately very enthusiastic about the way this worked. I receive treatment there twice a week. One time physiotherapy and one time for movement therapy. But on top of that, after physical therapy, I am always pushed to move. You don't see this everywhere. After an operation in 2017 my physical condition had dropped to zero, but within half a year I was almost back to the old level. This is thanks to the expertise of the people who work there. They are certainly not difficult if you do not cancel on time, this is free of charge. Finally, if you did not show up, you will receive a reminder after about 5 minutes after the agreed time. Fantastische ervaring: Fysical has been the gym for almost two years now. There is a diverse range of lessons, the Milon circle for a quick workout. In addition, I experience the staff as friendly and involved. A message if I have not been for a few weeks makes the difference. Fantastische ervaring: I ended up with the manual therapist with serious neck complaints, I deliberately waited a month to write a review because I wanted to be sure that the symptoms would really stay away. Fortunately that is the case, this review is actually more about the manual therapist Johan than about the company as a whole because I have no more experience with that. The approach was very good, the treatment room frankly rather clumsy. This was made clear in the period that there were space problems, which now seem to be over after connecting a neighboring building. The treatments themselves were always very no-nonsense, no tricks to complete exactly half an hour as I know from other therapists, such as stickers with stimuli, warm towels, all craziness that (for my complaints) did not help at all. From a situation where I could no longer look over my shoulder while driving, which was actually life-threatening, I am back to a situation where I can shake 'no' smoothly again, great!

After a lot of pain (osteoarthritis / shoulder) in recent years, which meant that I regularly had to take painkillers, I ended up with Johan. Partly because of him, I have come to realize that a lot of exercise in itself is only good for you. Only the way that sometimes can be too intensive. I still exercise just as often and with great pleasure. I just started to look at it in a different way. I now train more on flexibility instead of strength. The result is that I have started to feel better and moreover I have been able to limit my painkillers drastically. It is very nice that the entire team thinks along with you in order to be able to move in a healthy way as well and as long as possible.
