Very nice gym. I was looking for a gym without the macho image that you often encounter in normal gyms. From the moment I stepped inside I immediately felt welcome and there was a pleasant atmosphere. The guidance is also good and professional. They listen to your wishes, questions and what you encounter and adjust your training schedule in consultation. Every 7 training sessions there is a measurement and a conversation to look at your progress. This gives me motivation and keeps me coming.

Good guidance and good atmosphere. You do two rounds of equipment, all tailored to your goals (often that is losing weight, feeling fitter, building muscles and condition) and you can make it as challenging as you want. I like to work out there and I feel fitter because of it. So great!

Really happy with my step to start working out at Happy Bodies Leidsche Rijn. Small group, great guidance with a body scan and evaluation every few weeks and the devices are automatically adjusted to you as soon as you start. Only downside I think they open at 8am on weekdays and 9am on weekends. I am a morning person and would like to start earlier. But otherwise a really nice place to work on your condition and health!

Under good guidance you can train at your own level and work towards your own goals. The atmosphere is good and the supervisors think along with you and try to support you with what you need, think of sticking to the door or slowing down etc. Definitely a good place if you want to improve your health :)

Very friendly and helpful staff will guide you. Also tips on what to eat and what not to eat. Personal guidance and coordination of the training. Within a few weeks I had already lost 800 gr of fat! no fuss or toughness, exercise at your own level. I (previously non-athlete) like it very much.

small-scale gym, where you are known by name and you are not a number. In corona time people have started giving lessons outside. We can now train inside again, but the outdoor classes have stayed a few x a week. That is a very nice change from the equipment you train on indoors. It is nice that members are being listened to. Nice place to work on fitness and muscle building. Now, more than a year after my back injury, I am stronger than I ever was, I think, and I feel a lot better too! A great result with 2X exercise a week!
