Fantastische ervaring: Almost a year ago I came for an intake interview at Personal Fitness Netherlands in Deventer. During the conversation I already gained confidence in this company. They know what they are talking about and can demonstrate that they have already guided many people towards a healthier lifestyle with visible results. But I also got the confidence in myself that I can do that too. Now almost a year later, not yet reached my final goal, but a bit close. I feel much fitter and have more energy. The trainers have often been able to motivate me again when I was not going well. I think that is also the strength of Personal Fitness Netherlands, the combination of nutrition, exercise and coaching. I have learned a lot in all these areas and benefit from it every day because I feel much better. It's not cheap, but quality can also cost a bit. Altogether; one of the best decisions of my life to go here!
