Fantastische ervaring: If you want value for your money then arena gym if they place to be. Aside behind able to train on your own, there's a possibility to join various session of training like the CrossFit (With Fubu) and the kickboxing (With Gilly and Rodney). Furthermore its a place where I train with pleasure, no pressure but at your own pace, just remember you must put in the work for sure for the results. Ps. The only issue is you got to leave your ego outside when you step into the place.

The place itself is very new, very clean and very important it is good following all the corona restrictions so you feel safe there.

Fantastische ervaring: No-nonsense gym with professional trainers. The gym is very spacious so you can exercise undisturbed. The Crossfit workouts are my favorite. You exercise in a small group and according to your own ability. Each time you are motivated to explore your own limits and to push them. Facilities are new and clean and there is ample parking.

Positieve ervaring: It's great how the professional trainers know how to motivate you and make you work just a little bit harder on yourself. Cozy, personal atmosphere, nice people, fantastic trainers, new material. Highly recommended!

Aside from that, you can find a very beginner friendly environment here. The trainers really do a good job at not only instructing you in thought out workout sessions, but also teaching you proper technique.

Fantastische ervaring: Undoubtedly the best gym in Amsterdam and surroundings! You will be guided very well and personally here. We are working on technology and everything is explained to you nicely. You are never pushed to do anything but you are always urged to keep giving the best of yourself during the training sessions. It may seem a bit pricey at first sight, but what you get in return is really worth it! The Fysio is also really great! I have never been treated so well for my back pain! It is a pity that my internship in Amsterdam ends, otherwise I really would have liked to have trained here much longer. If you want good guidance and want to offer your body everything it needs, just choose Arena Gym. I recommend it to everyone!
