Fantastische ervaring: I have been training for more than 10 years, and have also been a fitness instructor myself. This is by far the most enjoyable gym I know in Amsterdam. Staff are friendly and competent, everyone does their best to get to know you and have a chat. There is a reasonable level of sport by the members;) and everyone is patient and kind to each other. It is also clean and equipment is well maintained. Would definitely take a look here if you live in the area even if you do not want to be in the area this is a must.

Fantastische ervaring: Great gym and very friendly and helpful staff and trainers! Many devices and large space with weights. What I really appreciate is the general guidance, how the trainers there correct you for your posture or movements to make your workout even more effective in a normal way. There are a lot of lessons. I can go all the way in it, totally great! The other guests are also very friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed and energetic at the same time.

Fantastische ervaring: At Shape you always feel welcome, the staff is involved with the members, guidance is excellent and everyone is enthusiastic. The gym is tidy, everything is well maintained and hygiene is taken into account. I am very satisfied with this gym !!

Fantastische ervaring: A great workout place. The trainers and staf are always super helpful. The equipment is very good quality and enables me to achieve my best performance. Weights are always placed back in place by the visitors. Good vibes. Classes are on time and the teachers really push you that extra mile.

Fantastische ervaring: I really enjoy going to this location! They have all the equipment I want and more. Staff is friendly. Nice atmosphere. And very clean showers. Love the large wellness area with very good sauna, steambath, and cold rainshower.

Fantastische ervaring: Never seen a gym with such a positive atmosphere. It may sound a bit strange, but it is genuinely cozy. That does not happen to you often. The low threshold and the good atmosphere and support of the trainers has ensured that I finally go to the gym at least twice a week without reluctance. Thank you very much!

Fantastische ervaring: EN: Shape-all-in is a great gym with a pleasant social vibe. For my international job I am often at gyms overseas but if I were an expat in Amsterdam I would have no doubt choosing this place. NL: Shape-all-in is a very nice gym with a great social atmosphere that I have loved coming to for years. They have a good combination of cardio, fitness and group lessons and are very innovative, for example the latest equipment from, among others, Technogym, there is a changing group lesson package and you can also eat there. Staff is professional and friendly, nothing but praise!

Fantastische ervaring: Shape is in my opinion a great gym. They score well on all fronts: the space, equipment, level of the lessons and the knowledge of the sports instructors. There is also something for everyone, from yoga to spinning and (insane) training. I always find the abdominal muscle quarters very good, and I am also very happy with the personal fitness schedules. The atmosphere is friendly and open, they are always open to questions and suggestions. If in doubt about a (new) gym, just go to Shape!
