Not the most cozy space , dark and quite small . There are plenty of cardio machines, but for example the space between, near the mirror wall and the power machines is all quite small and when it is busy you sometimes have to wait to want a device. Some members are also antisocial to leaving their towel so that no one can get on it . Furthermore, the staff is, from what I have seen, super friendly and everything is carefully checked and cleaned, super!

Excellent parking at this gym in Overstad. Gym itself is fairly new and has the latest equipment.

Even if you are slightly fatter you will not be looked at strangely. It 's clean . And staff is friendly and always willing to help or explain something.

It's an OK gym, a bit small but it has everything you need to workout. It's always clean.

Problems such as lack of hot water, broken sink tap or paper towels can take a long time. People are using a machine for too long. Programs should be prepared in which someone else will be allowed to work between sets. This problem is not about only Basic Fit Alkmaar, it applies to all Basic Fit.

This is a nice gym where everything is spacious. All devices are from Matrix so that is good material. There is a separate room for virtual lessons. And between the machines is a small area where home trainers are for spinning. The gym is in an area where there are many shops, etc. So there is plenty of parking including a parking garage right in front of Basi-Fit. Yes, you can park there cheaply (3,-/pd) There is a central entrance as can be seen on 1 of the photos.

Fairly small, which makes it more pleasant. Mornings are wonderfully peaceful.
