Negatieve ervaring: While the gym is amazing, the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced for any kind of service anywhere in the world. I want to close the membership due to poor experience I have been consistently facing from the customer service team (David) 1. I am overcharged and I still not been told why I am overcharged - no explanation even after 3 emails asking the details for the extra charge. 2. I paused the membership because I was injured. The customer care responded for the first time after 9 days and didn't clearly ask me what was needed from my end. After a lot of back and effort, I was eventually explained what was needed. I was charged for all the days (around a month) while it was all being figured. 3. While my membership was paused, I kept getting some payment reminders. I did not notice the emails as I wasn't expecting any charges during pause period, they then sent me 40 EUR late payment fee and threatened to send my account to collections agency.

Fantastische ervaring: The place is great, the staff are friendly and the view is amazing. Very well equipped gym where you don’t miss anything. Also, more importantly the air conditioning and ventilation is excellent

Fantastische ervaring: This is my gym since the end of April and I really enjoy going here. Lots of the time I’m gymming, it’s not too busy. The thread mills are occupied 9/10 times, but as I am focussing more on weights, it’s not a big issue for me. I like the dark/grey vibe going around here, instead of the screaming colours of some other gyms and the airco is also great. Furthermore, it’s not even a 10 minute walk from my home and that’s the main reason I go to the gym here. As for pricing, it’s a lot cheaper than I initially thought because of the €1,- discount per time you go to the gym. I try to go 6 times per week, but on average I am there around 4 to maybe 5 times a week, which can easily get you a discount of around €20,- per month. In addition to this I also had an April deal I think, so the first few payments were around €10,- per month or something. I’m sorry I don’t have pictures yet to add to this review, but I’ll make sure to add them later! :)

Positieve ervaring: Mooie gym en fijne apparatuur. Ook veel ruimte en de Pilates les heb ik vaker gedaan. Helaas vindt ik die wel vaak hetzelfde en zie je geen progressie.

Positieve ervaring: Great big gym in a prime location, nice class space with a view. Water & flavored water to replenish bottles for hydration. Have additional equipment for yoga and plates & other personal stuff both in a class and at a front desk. Showers are very basic and without soap or shelves for your own soap or even privacy separators . No sauna (they removed it for some reason ). Can get very busy in the evenings.

Positieve ervaring: Great gym, but not enough treadmills. There is always a queue on the treadmills whilst bikes and other cardio machines are not being used. Also, would be nice to add free weights of 15 and 25kg and not just 10 and 20kg. Wending machines with energy drinks or supplement drinks would also be a nice addition

Negatieve ervaring: Vrij agressieve medewerker die naar je schreeuwt als je de riemen niet direct terugbrengt

Fantastische ervaring: Excellent vibe here. The location of the gym is very good, walking distance from Amsterdam Centraal station. View is beautiful. As far as the equipment and machines you have everything you need. Very spacious. Definitely reccomend

Fantastische ervaring: La salle de sport offre une expérience exceptionnelle avec des équipements de haute qualité, un personnel amical et des programmes d’entraînement variés. L’ambiance motivante m’a vraiment poussé à atteindre mes objectifs de remise en forme. Je recommande vivement cette salle à tous ceux qui recherchent un environnement positif pour se mettre en forme!

Positieve ervaring: Mooie compacte functionele gym voor mensen die niet al te veel nodig hebben. Op loopafstand van het centraal station. Beschikt over genoeg apparatuur van hoge kwaliteit. Vriendelijk personeel. 's Avonds treden er regelmatig Dj's op wat de belevenis nog unieker maakt.

Fantastische ervaring: Prachtige locatie naast centraal station. Naast de mooie fitness ruimtes, kom ik vooral voor de yoga lessen die in een mooie ruime zaal worden gegeven, grote lange ramen, fijne instructeurs en muziek. 5 sterren waard!

Fantastische ervaring: Nice lockers, a lot of clean and modern equipment, machines and cables for every bodypart and a nice callisthenics area. Also friendly staff.

Positieve ervaring: Over algemeen is Trainmore oosterdok een fijne sportschool, genoeg apparaten en ruim opgezet. De cardio apparaten met uizicht vind ik en extra pluspunt. Aan de andere kant zijn de kleedkamers en toiletten niet altijd fris, met name tijdens en na piekuren.

Positieve ervaring: Fijne gym, kom er net wat langer dan een jaar. Behulpzaam personeel en een fijne PT. Soms lijkt het alleen niet echt alsof ze allemaal echt willen werken maar meer achter de balie chillen. Zo is heel vaak het torkpapier op in de wc's. Vandaag lag er een beker op de grond met overal water die iemand blijkbaar om had gegooid maar laten liggen. Toen ik dit aan de medewerkster vertelde die aanwezig was zei ze alleen "oh weet niet wie dat heeft gedaan" en ging weer chillen achter de balie. Wil je überhaupt werken? Want de gym moet er dan toch ook netjes uit zien of niet? Vooral als iemand er al een opmerking over maakt vind ik dit totaal geen goeie werkhouding maar zal wel aan mij liggen. PS Super blij met Ayla en Hicham!! Jullie zijn toppers en maken de sfeer goed :))

Negatieve ervaring: Trainmore sluit alle sauna's permanent. Suggestie: houd de sauna's open op een paar piekmomenten bv. (Za zo en di, do na 16:00) dit bespaart ca 60% in gebruik maar biedt wel de mogelijkheid tot gebruik. Een van de reden dat ik hier sport is de sauna, het volledig sluiten van al aanwezige sauna's gaat veel sporters op deze locatie aan het hart.

Fantastische ervaring: Lekker ruim opgezet, dit vindt je nergens anders in het centrum van Amsterdam. Het kan hier overdag wat druk zijn maar plan je bezoekmoment.. op vrijdagavond, en later op de avond is het vaak erg rustig en kan je goed doortrainen.

Fantastische ervaring: Dropped by for a visit as it was close to our hotel, great gym with impressive range of machines. Shout out to Ayla who was extremely friendly and looked after us. Already looking forward to coming back tomorrow for the yoga class (check out the view!)

Great variety of classes and state of the art facilities as well as well stocked drinks and supplements bar make working out there an absolute breeze and can only highly recommend. Staff is friendly and helpful and it's great to see that there are still awesome hymns out there that take great care of their customers.

I'm visiting from the US and this beats every gym I've been to in the states. great crowd, chill music and evening DJs with low volume and mood lighting - no stressful bright lights and loud music like most American gyms! great equipment, large selection of free weights, squat racks, and benches. amazing view of the canals and best of all they have affordable day passes and weekly passes. much more modern and spacious than most gyms in Europe!!

Positieve ervaring: Qua interieur mooie sportschool. Echtter ik was er om half 7 s avonds en de losse en vaste bankjes waren volledig bezet tijdens het gehele tijdslot.

Negatieve ervaring: Das Studio würde ich Touristen definitiv nicht empfehlen, es ist klein, sehr überlaufen ! Die duschen sehr dreckig ! Wir wollten Probetraining vereinbaren was auf der Webseite als Daag pass aufgeführt war , im Studio mussten wir 24 Euro zahlen , eine Frechheit für das Studio ! Also wer was gutes und wirklich sinnvolles haben möchte , kann auf das UCS Studio ausweichen.

Positieve ervaring: Drukke gym, wel alle spullen die je nodig hebt om te sporten zijn er. Wel raar dat er maar 1 bench voor het benchpressen is, het is elke keer bezet en stel je zit uiteindelijk op de bench gaan mensen vragen hoelang je nog bezig bent. Vervelendd, verder kleedkamer is wel goed
