Bij Breda Strength & Conditioning maken we mensen fysiek en mentaal sterker. Onze trainingen zijn simpel, maar niet makkelijk. Met minimale middelen, maximale resultaten. We hechten waarde aan kwaliteit, techniek, hard werken en elkaar helpen. We willen onze leden de beste training geven die wij kunnen geven, elke keer dat zij in de gym zijn. Het maakt ons niet uit wat jouw 100% effort is, maar geef die 100% effort.

Beautiful, professional gym that is not (necessarily) there to make it fun, but to make you better
No-nonsense, personal, direct and professional approach based on years of experience and training. Core values ??such as respect, hard work and helping each other are of paramount importance. Coming in here even feels like coming home after 4 training sessions. A must for anyone who is motivated to get the best out of themselves and others.
The coaches at this sports club have a lot of knowledge and take the time to get to know, guide and advise you. The lessons are extremely focused and well coordinated. The club is for every level, but you are expected to give the maximum. The lessons allow you to do heavy, intensive but injury-free sports.
Best gift gym / club to work out with. Looking for a gym to become fitter - faster - stronger? This is the place where you go beyond the basic fit and will not incur the injuries at Crossfit. Good coaching of the coaches whereby the attitude (both physical and metal) takes precedence over the reps or weight. The Good To Go or program is great if you are new to all this. You get to see all programs and almost all movements in 10 training hours. So you really know if this is for you and how it works. You also have the open gym where you can work on individual parts. Totally happy to train here!
