One of the nicest gyms I know. Partly because of the staff I feel safe and familiar. Here I dare to exercise and work on myself. The staff will help you where necessary and always give you a warm welcome. Devices are well maintained. Areas kept clean. It can sometimes be very busy, but those are only certain times on certain days. Once you know them, it's nice to exercise here.

Heb eerlijk gezegd niks gemerkt van opdringerig personeel oid..Ik vond ze wel vriendelijk. Tja, als je, wat betreft apparatuur, alles top range wilt hebben ben je niet 22 maar 52 euro per maand kwijt bij een andere sportschool.. Voor het het geld een prima sportschool met goede faciliteiten. Ik kan met die Technogym spullen prima uit de voeten, al zijn er zeker wel verschillen met Prescor apparatuur (software). In tegenstelling tot de Haagse Heemden vestiging hoef je hier niet een eng brandtrappetje op om in de kleedkamers te komen. Op de Tramsingel is alles mooi gelijkvloers en ruim opgezet, wel zo comfortabel.

Sport here from the opening 6 times a week. Great service / advice. Well lit, perfect cardio machines where the small start-up problems were immediately solved by FFF / technogym, spacious layout, nice seating area and coffee corner. The layout gives me a good and safe feeling. Hostesses and gentlemen, instructors and supervisors, all very friendly and help where needed. Cleaning is what I see so far perfect. These ladies get a star from me anyway. I myself am over 60 with some slight physical limitations and I feel at home here.

Very nice, spacious and beautiful gym. I follow group lessons here which are very well organized, the teachers are nice and very enthusiastic and know what they are doing. Extra credits to the trainer of the Zumba classes, hopefully it will be expanded to several times a week soon.

Beautiful, light, well-arranged, and spaciously furnished gym. Friendly staff. Beautiful high (1st floor) view over the beautiful Breda canal while cycling / rowing. Top
