Fantastische ervaring: Very nice gym. Everything is there to be able to do a good training. The staff is very friendly, so there is always a great atmosphere!

Fantastische ervaring: I have been working out since the beginning of February because of a 12-week challenge and after that I will continue working out again. At the moment I'm comfortable in my own skin and just want to train (4x a week). You will be personally helped and guided with a nutrition/training schedule. You only have to show your own commitment, otherwise it makes no sense. Atmosphere is good, everyone wants to help each other and my personal opinion is, there is no better gym than Keep Fit!!! Gena and Yvette keep it up

Fantastische ervaring: A gym that feels like home. Of course you go here to train hard, but also for the atmosphere, the fun and the always friendly people. It is not too massive and you have good equipment. Enjoyed training for many years. Unfortunately I don't live in the area anymore, but it remains one of the nicest gyms!

Fantastische ervaring: A super nice gym where I enjoyed sporting for 4 years. Owner is very involved and knows a lot about training and nutrition. It is not expensive and yet quite quiet. The devices are not the latest but they work fine and are maintained.

Fantastische ervaring: Gena and Yvette are two toppers. Between all the commercial violence of the big chains, exercising at Keep Fit always feels good. Equipment is fine and also distinctive from other gyms. Gena and Yvette, KEEP up the good work!

Fantastische ervaring: Best gym in Breda. Do not expect the most modern equipment, in which you can preferably put your water bottle in case you are too lazy to walk to the windowsill. But just old-fashioned good heavy equipment and dumbbells up to 60 kg. No roosters in front of the mirror here, unless they are in prep for a competition and have to pose. Also never 'basic fit' busy. The owner and the owner are super friendly and ensure cosiness at the bar. In addition, you can go to them with all your questions, they really know what they are talking about.

Fantastische ervaring: Best Gym there is! Owners are always up for a chat and there is a very friendly atmosphere. You are really part of the Family.

Fantastische ervaring: Been training here for almost three years now! KeepFit is a small gym just a stones throw away from city center (a brisk 10minute walk from the centrum). Clean facilities, and well kept excellent equipment. The gym is often never crowded and the staff make you feel part of a close knit family that you'd be hard pressed to find at other establishments. If your focus is to train and pump iron then KeepFit is the perfect place. Plus the burner drinks are tasty :)
