Fantastische ervaring: In my second week and I am very enthusiastic and satisfied. The guidance is exceptionally good and I feel very welcome. The program is challenging and varied. Despite many years in the gym, I am an 'absolute beginner' to crossfit, but I don't feel uncomfortable with it for a moment. It is very nice to (finally) learn the technique of exercises. Top to get as many clues, so that the chance of injuries is kept to a minimum. The other athletes are also very nice, supportive and open. Every day I feel somewhere in my body that I have really done something. love it!

Fantastische ervaring: I was on holiday in the neighborhood and went for a drop-in: fantastic box, spacious, full of new material and -most importantly- a great atmosphere and vibe, I felt immediately as in my box! The couch -Rutger- provided me really helpful advise for my overhead work. Thanks a lot guys, I’ll definitely be back if I get the chance!

Fantastische ervaring: On holiday near Ede I wanted to train. I was able to come and train via contact (telephone). A spacious box, nice people, very welcome and technique for the Split Jerk (not my favorite and my best of lifts) Nice to be coached by someone else who adds something slightly different. Top! Fantastische ervaring: It was quite a barrier for me to register at a “gym” or association and then a first (mail) contact is super important. And that was good! The Coaches are friendly and competent. There are no alpha males around (I haven't discovered them yet). Nice varied exercises and I feel comfortable as “Total Noob”. I am enthusiastic, even after a first day after which it took two hands to hang my coat on the children's coat rack. Pfff

Fantastische ervaring: Tried a lesson, joined and actually only got better and better from there. When I leave after a session it is with an excellent feeling. Recommended! (besides, I am also very much helped as a beginner Etc. Technology is more important than weight at the moment!) Completely happy!
