Fantastische ervaring: Great gym! In 6 months I increased my strength and conditioning significantly more than in the 1.5 years of crossfit at other gyms prior to this one. The programming is very solid and the coaches are friendly and professional. Besides regular WODS the gym also offers a variety of specialty classes, such as olympic lifting, gymnastics and women fit. The owner is also very involved in the gym and handled the Corvid crisis exceptionally well - he offered daily home workouts and let his members borrow equipment from the gym to use at home.

Fantastische ervaring: I dropped-in last month. Coaches are great, the box is nice and spacious. I recommend this place and will come back during my next stop in Den Bosch.
