Positieve ervaring: Prima gym voor mensen die niet super serieus zijn Maar er missen bijvoorbeeld een aantal iets minder gebruikelijke machines zoals: seated calve raises machine voor de soleus spier maar ook geen hack Squat of pendulum Squat en geen 45° hip extensie bench en geen coverging chest press machine en geen pull over machine en one arm pull down machine met een neutrale grip en geen standing lateral raises machine en er is geen trap bar Voor de rest prima gym, soms moet je op heel ff wachten door de drukte maar het is opzich goed te doen Beetje irritant dat ze niet ff open doen als ik 1 minuut te laat kom voor m'n reservering

Positieve ervaring: Zit nog in verbouwing dus enigszins rommelig. Personeel wel vriendelijk, maar niet echt behulpzaam als je nieuw bent, zijn meer bezig met oude bekende/ mensen die vaak komen.

Fantastische ervaring: Over my expectation, of course there other gym with many more services, but this one price/quality i think is the best in Amsterdam,if training as bodybuilder is plenty if machines,for crossfit you can get your routine done,and powerlifting too,despite the shortness of barbles,morning time i think is the best moment to get your routine done without any problem(get more busy in the evening)
